Illusionary Union???

Everywhere I look around, 

I see the sky and the earth embracing on the horizon.

How can it be an illusion?

When the two are always in unison.

Pained by the thirsty land, azure explodes in a thunder, 

Which certainly is a sound to remember.

Pouring out its hearts’ desire, teary eyes shine in the lightening,

Which makes it a sight beholding.

Inconsolable, it rains incessantly, 

Unrealized, plundering its soul persistently. 

When the land gets flooded with tears,

It wakes up to wipe it off, all clear.

Coy, by its overwhelming emotion,

Now it smiles brightly as sunshine.

In sync with its beloved,

The earth glows in all its hues.

Lest their embracing is an illusion,

Their love for each other is not my imagination.
