Enemies

Enemies

Just as the sun kissed the horizon, the sky blushed pink,

Knowing that in a pool of jealousy, the moon will sink,

And yet the Birds were singing a melody, and the stars were patiently waiting to shine brightly

And just like every Romeo found a Juliet, the moon found the sea,

It reflected the beauty of the golden ball of light, which looked more ethereal even in the quietness of night.

Were they in love? Maybe, yes,

For tides were the gift given to sea, which in the ocean's heart played a humming tune,

And then it seemed like all the poets and lovers averted towards the moon.

Well, now it was the Sun who burned with rage,

For his position was snatched by the beauties of the night,

All the lovebirds talked about plucking the stars, instead of the ball of light

But even if the sun had the power to make the sky blush,

Love was still sought in the controller of tides,

Maybe that's how they became enemies,

Never showed up together and always ruled two opposite sides.
