Eccentric Princess

"Beauty is pain", the wise Hillary Duff says so yesterday. 

Beauty is whatever you say it is but in the world as such it's difficult to ignore and move away. 

When aunty side-eyed a girl and uttered 

"How can someone forget to wax? How careless is she! "

How the modified body is becoming normal (and sometimes even the natural) concerns me. 

So I let my bushy eyebrows grow and body hair sprout, 

I wonder when the prince will ask for my hand, what will he think about. 

For he may jerk my hand off and society tag me "Eccentric princess", 

Unacknowledged of my definition of beauty, why I am the Aphrodite; The beauty goddess. 

Lately, I learned to accept myself without seeking affirmation from others, 

Because I am no less than the holy earth and this hair, my flowers.
