Day Will Come

Dreaming since childhood

Practicing hard since always

Aiming for it

Never delaying with it

I have always dreamt of it

For my father was a master in it

I want to make him proud

Probably the only dream I have seen

Is yet to be fulfilled

I am sure I will do it one day

For the field is my friend

And the bat and boll is my strength

Holding my hard-work

Like the defense mechanism in my hands

I will enter the friend as an Indian representative

And will score the highest

Breaking my dad's score

Once again I will make him re-live himself

For he lost his hand in a mishap

He couldn't play again

But the dream he has seen in me

Will all be fulfilled by myself

Only for him!
