Callypso After Collapso

Callypso After Collapso

As wall of my confinement disappear

As sands of time are slipping by

Time has come to vanquish my fear

Unfurl my wings and soar in the sky.

Leaving behind the earth that strengthen me,

Leaving behind the faith that lurk in me.

Leaving behind the girl who lied for me,

Leaving behind the girl who died for me.

The darkest evening of the year,

Terrified mind searching house found no one near.

Whose woods these are I think I know,

I found my house cover up with snow.

Eclipsed night, snowy house and it started raining

Wind stopped blowing, earth stopped revolving.

Snow blocked every path wherever I was going

The last thing I want is to stop breathing.

My closed eyes saw a milky light,

My wide open eyes saw an angel scintillating.

Moon on head, worlds in eyes hold me tight

The cotton lips resumed my paused breathing.

Heat of her love melted the ice,

Her breathing started the ceased breeze,

Earth resumed revolving by her heartbeat.

The blink of her eyes changing the entire sight.

She flew me over all my confinement by and by,

She gave me her wings just to make me fly.

Unfurl my wings and soar in the sky.

Unfurl my wings and soar in the sky.
