Caged
Caged
CAGED bull
CAGED bird
Both behave differently
One rages on
The other weeps along
Both dead inside, dead outside
They cannot voice what they feel
They cannot grasp any opportunity
Their strings are not in their hands
Their broken hearts can but attach.
Freedom is their flight
Still for it they have to to fight
For other's pleasure, they have been in binds.
As other's treasure, they have been bought in kind.
Angry and frustrated, one rages
While the other weeps in million cages
Both dead inside. Dead outside.
FREE bull
FREE bird
Both behave differently
One runs ahead
The other sings instead
But as far as I care
They both are free.
