Born again

Remember it like yesterday, twas some time way back when

I felt the need to write it down on paper with a pen

You’re witty sense of humor, makes me laugh and smile

Glad we reacquainted, I’ve missed you all the while

Wasn’t just our romance, there’s truly so much more

Everything about you, I truly do adore

Standing right before me, what a nice surprise

Once again I’m looking in those pretty starburst eyes
