My mother

My mother

If love were a woman, love would be my Mother

If you knew her well like me, it's what you'd all discover

She walked right through the pearly gates and stands beside my Dad

The bride and groom on honeymoon so please do not be sad

My mother was the greatest woman that I've ever known

A matriarch who gave her life to build a loving home

She left behind three children, Michael

Rose and me

She now resides in Heaven for all eternity

My mother will be greatly missed, it's true without a doubt

For those of you who knew her, you'd figure this all out

Kind she was by nature

Loving to her core

My Mother is the woman, I always will adore

Someday Mom, I don't know when we'll all be joined together

The kingdom where you now reside, is where we'll live forever

Irreplaceable you are Mom, they'll never be another

If love were a woman,

love would be my mother
