Yet another milestone

Yet another achievement

Yet another award 

Yet another accolade

But I was all alone

I have travelled a distance

I have come far

I am now keeping a watch

I am now eyeing for better

But I am all by myself

I spent days counting steps

Nights spent waiting for the light

I spent days talking to myself

Nights spent waiting for thyself

But I do this in solitude

I have reached the stars

I have reached the dais

Everything is now mine

Yet I can't win

What all have won

I will never have the sun

For my family, I am no one.
