Have You Seen The Trees Sleep?

It was some time past the midnight hour. My sleepless eyes, wide awake. While the whole world lay in a slumber so sweet, my troubled mind followed my tired feet. It was at that moment that I noticed the unseen, of motionless figures so huge and green. They stood there together, like giant coats with lengthy sleeves. Now and then the cool wind would blow and send ripples among their leaves. The moonlight glimmer made them look unnecessarily scary. I forgot about my vexations and my eyes grew wary. So, whenever you lie awake and the trick doesn't work, the trick of counting sheep. Just close your eyes and think of the trees, think how calmly they sleep!
