Youth And Beauty
Youth And Beauty
A young lady of sixteen could not help feeling proud when she received a poem on her beauty from an admirer. Her father remarked at her vanity 'The beauty at sixteen is a gift from nature. Beauty at 65 is your own'.
The words made more sense to her now that she was in her sixties
The beauty during youth is not hard-earned. It's natural and indiscriminate. But it has to be cherished, hard-worked for and earned later.
