The words often used by us.

At the first day of school, teachers are our strangers too. Later when we grow, we learn they educated us. 

What about friends?

Before you are his/her friend. You regarded them as strangers. They too regarded you as strangers.

We abuse others by their appearance as they are strange to us. We too were abused by the same stranger for our appearance. We are strangers too each other. 

Today's friend becomes a stranger tomorrow.

So, we are all strangers to each other in various aspects.
