CHERISH THE MEMORIES
CHERISH THE MEMORIES
The day when I first said it
The day when I first sang it
It was the day when I first saw him.
Our high school was purely in love
Decorated with the balloons above all in color.
We danced and enjoyed the whole night
And then he just missed out of my sight.
I was not a stalker nor he was my love
But something occur above all and that was his call.
‘Hey you, waiting for someone?’
Enquired My Short while Gentleman,
I felt numb and suddenly turned around
And smelled his perfume all by now.
I didn’t utter a word
I kept looking in his eyes
He took me weird and waved a hand to make me rise.
‘My wait is over!’
Just came out of my conscience
And he smiled back and said
‘Are you okay Miss Mine?’
My heart pumped faster as he put his first step towards me
The night became intoxicating when I let him set free.
The lips became wet when he puts his on mine
I surrendered myself to the guy I liked.
I will remember this evening for whole of my life
This memory to be cherished with love and kind.
God has gifted me with such a person
Who give me thousand reasons in a second to laugh
And I confess with whole heartedly my love
No one else can be my much better half.
