You Are a Hero

SUNNY works as an electrician in an electrical shop in Bhagirath Place in Chandni Chowk. One day while standing outside his shop and looking at the Red Fort he sees two men exchange two briefcases at the Chandni Chowk red light crossing. Of the two men who exchange the briefcases , one is Chinese and the other is Indian. After exchanging the briefcases the Indian gets into the rickshaw and leave and the Chinese start walking towards the car park.

SUNNY quickly comes down from the stairs of Bhagirath Place electrical market complex and stars following the Chinese . The Chinese look back and sees SUNNY following him and start to walk faster. SUNNY also increases his pace . The Chinese then suddenly breaks into a run and SUNNY chases him on the run . SUNNY catches up with the Chinese and grabs his shirt , the Chinese takes out a gun from his pants, SUNNY punches the Chinese hard on the face and grapples with the Chinese and overpowers him and sits on top of him on his back with the Chinese pinned flat on his stomach on the dusty ground . A crowd gathers around SUNNY and the Chinese and the police soon arrives .

INSPECTOR : What is going on ? and why are you sitting on top of the man ?

SUNNY : This Chinki is a spy and I saw him exchange briefcases with an Indian , and when I chased him he took out his gun to shoot me but with my heroics I have overpowered him .

INSPECTOR : [looks at the Chinese ] Who are you ?

CHINESE : I am just a tourist and this idiot is harassing me . Is this the way you treat tourist in your country . It is a shame.

SUNNY : Inspector Sir , ask the chinki , if he is just a tourist then from where did he get a gun and why did he try to shoot me . Sir, you open the briefcase and see what is inside it.

The Police Inspector opens the briefcase and finds Government of China confidential papers in it and asks the Chinese .

INSPECTOR : What are these papers ? they look like government papers .

CHINESE : These are my appointment letters and my contract letters to work in India in a toy manufacturing company .

INSPECTOR : Then why does your appointment letters have the designs of Missiles on them . I will take you into preventive custody as a precautionary measure for possessing a firearm without a license .

The next day SUNNY is working at his shop when he is visited by two RAW officers of the Indian intelligence . The RAW officer Raghu asks SUNNY..

RAGHU : Yesterday you caught a Chinese man .

SUNNY : [ proudly ] Yes Sir , I caught him because he was a spy .

RAGHU : What made you think that the Chinese was a spy ?

SUNNY : I have read many spy stories and detective stories and seen many movies and the manner in which those two men exchanged their briefcases looked very much like they were spies .

RAGHU : You have done a very good job in catching the Chinese man but did you can you tell us what the Indian looked like . We will have to catch him as well.

SUNNY: Of course Sir, I can tell what the Indian looks like. I did not chase him because I know him very well .

RAGHU : [ a bit surprised ] You know the man who exchanged the briefcase with the Chinese .

SUNNY : Yes Sir , He lives in the parathawali gali behind my house and his name is Rajiv Bhatia and he works in the Chinese Embassy as a photocopy attendant , but he says that he is the Accountant in the embassy .

RAGHU: Are you sure about the identity of the Indian man.

SUNNY : Of course I know Rajiv Bhatia since he was a child and he always used to steal Ladoos from the sweet shop as a child .

RAGHU: You come to our office tomorrow at 9 O’ clock sharp .

SUNNY : I will be glad to come to your office sir and can I also get to join the secret service after this episode . [ Raghu just pats on the back of SUNNY and leaves .]

The next morning SUNNY reaches the RAW headquarters at 9 o’clock sharp and is waiting and roaming outside the building gate when he is met by Raghu .

RAGHU : You seem to be very punctual .

SUNNY : Yes Sir , I am very punctual because if I am late then my stupid employer deducts my salary .

Raghu smiles and takes SUNNY inside the RAW office building and introduces him to Manav . SUNNY salutes Manav and asks him .

SUNNY : Sir , now that I caught a spy will you also make me a secret service agent .

MANAV : [ Laughs] You have done a very good job in catching the Chinese and on your information we have caught Rajiv Bhatia as well .

SUNNY : What was Rajiv Bhatia giving to the chinki ?

MANAV : The Chinese was a Chinese mafia Hitman and Rajiv Bhatia had given him confidential Top Secret details of the Chinese Missile placement in Western China .

SUNNY : Sir , You can send me to China to catch all the other spies for you .

RAGHU : [ laughs ] I am told you read a lot of spy novels and see a lot of movies . But to go to China you will need to know Chinese language .

SUNNY : Then I am your best man because I know Chinese very well and I am a very good Chinese cook as well .

MANAV : How do you know Chinese ?

SUNNY : I used to get milk for the Delhi University professor , who taught Chinese . In return for bringing milk for her the professor would teach me Chinese 2 hours every day . And I have learned Chinese for 15 years and I know better Chinese better than any University graduate in Chinese .

MANAV : [ smiles and pats SUNNY on his back ] That is very good . Now meet Mr. Lee the Defense Attache in the China Embassy in India .

SUNNY greets Lee in Chinese and Lee returns back SUNNY greetings .

SUNNY : [ in Chinese ]  I am more intelligent than all these people standing here , but they don’t appreciate my brilliance because I am just 8^th fail .

LEE : [ in Chinese ] Fools have all the intelligence packed into them but the tragedy is that nobody recognizes their talent .

MANAV : What are you two talking in Chinese ?

LEE : Just telling him what he truly is ?

MANAV : [ laughs ] Then you must have told him , he is a fool .

LEE : I have a offer to make to you SUNNY . There is a Indian restaurant in Shanghai which is visited both by Indian and Chinese underworld and lately we have found a worrying trend that the Chinese mafia and some terrorist organizations in Western China have been given the confidential information about China army deployment from the Chinese Embassy in India.

SUNNY : [ scratches his head ] Where do I fit in all of this ?

LEE : You have indeed done a very good job in catching the China mafia link and their Indian contact in the Chinese embassy in India , who was supplying the confidential information to the Chinese mafia .

SUNNY : [ says proudly expanding his chest ] You can always count on me for any help .

LEE : Since you Chinese very well , I want you to work as a cook in the Shanghai restaurant as our man .

SUNNY : [ says happily ] I will certainly go to China . I always wanted to be a spy and catch the bad guys .

LEE : You will just keep your eyes and ears open and we do all the catching of the bad men .

Lee turns towards to Manav and says .

LEE : SUNNY is over active .

MANAV : Sometimes we have to rely on fools to get a good job done .

SUNNY : I am no fool but a super brain and I have proved myself by catching the traitors while both of you failed to catch them .

LEE : SUNNY you will be a handful but you may spring surprises and embarrass a lot of people in the department because god loves crazy people like you.

MANAV : SUNNY make preparations to go to Shanghai .

A Week later . SUNNY reaches Shanghai and is introduced to Michele who is the Chinese secret service agent . On seeing Michele SUNNY winks at her .

MICHELE : You just winked at me .

SUNNY : No , Madam , I just have a problem in my eye it just closes all by itself sometimes .

LEE : You will be working under Michele and will report all that you see and hear in the restaurant .

SUNNY looks at Michele from head to toe and says ..

SUNNY : Can I also tell her that I have fallen in Love with her .

MICHELE : You need to concentrate on your job and not to behave like a road side Romeo.

LEE : She has sent 24 men to the hospital and to jail .

SUNNY : I would love to go to the hospital as lovelorn in Michele’s love and would love to be in jail of her embrace .

MICHELE : [ looks at Lee ] Are you sure this stupid Indian is of any good ?

LEE : [ looks at the ceiling ] We all make mistakes but let us give him a chance now that he is here .

SUNNY starts work at the restaurant . One day he sees three men sitting at the table and exchanging brief cases . he tell Michele..

SUNNY : The men at table no. 9 are exchanging briefcases and I know one of the men .

MICHELE : Which one of the three do you know ?

SUNNY raises his hand and points his finger to the man in the red suit. Michele quickly pulls SUNNY arm down and tell him..

MICHELE : Can’t you do anything right ?

SUNNY : They did not see it so it is okay .

MICHELE : How do you know the man in the red suit .

SUNNY : I have seen him in the red light area of Shanghai visiting a prostitute with red hair .

MICHELE : What were you doing in the red light area ?

SUNNY: I sometime go their for and evening walk .

MICHELE : [ looks at SUNNY in disbelief ]  I did not know you were like this as well .

SUNNY : You have got me all wrong . I only visit the prostitutes to find clues to catch the bad guys and my work has paid off .

MICHELE : Do you the man’s name .

SUNNY : I will go and ask .

saying this he jumps over the counter and walk straight up to the three men and greets them joyfully and says…

SUNNY : Hello gentlemen ! my name is SUNNY and I am from India and I would love to serve you the restaurant special [ then turns to the man in red suit ] Sir , what is your name .

KONG : My name is Kong .

SUNNY bows low and says..

SUNNY : I am very happy to meet you [ shakes hands with him]

SUNNY comes back to Michele and tells her that the his name is Kong.

MICHELE : I do not know how you work but you certainly are the biggest idiot that I have ever met .

SUNNY takes tandoori chicken for the men while Michele takes the photograph of the men on her mobile phone . One of the men Yang notices Michele taking their photos on her mobile phone and tells Chow about it . Chow turns towards Michele and raises his cup of tea towards Michele and bows , he then tells his men to leave the restaurant just as SUNNY is placing the tandori chicken on the table. On seeing the men leave without touching the tandoori chicken , SUNNY protest ..

SUNNY : You cannot leave after ordering the food and not paying for it .

Chow takes some money out of his pocket and stuff it in the mouth of SUNNY and tells SUNNY..

CHOW : You have a big mouth , you should keep it shut .

Chow and his men leave the restaurant .

SUNNY goes over to Michele and tells her..

SUNNY : Not only are they the bad guys but they also don’t have any manners , leaving such a good food untouched.

MICHELE : Do you ever think anything else other than food .

SUNNY : [ smiles ] Yes of course [ points his finger at Michele ] I think of you all the time .

Michele twist the finger of SUNNY and SUNNY howls in pain and tells him..

MICHELE : You should keep your mind on the job and keep your eyes and ears open otherwise I will just kick you back to Chandni Chowk .

SUNNY sticks his tongue out at Michele and tells her..

SUNNY : You do not have any boy friends because you are not romantic at all and think of yourself only as Bruce Lee .

Michele slaps SUNNY on his cheek and walks away from the counter.

SUNNY sings out a song to Michele .

The next morning Michele does not report for duty at the restaurant . SUNNY calls Lee and tells him ..

SUNNY : Michele has not reported for duty at the restaurant and is over 2 hours late.

LEE : I will call Michele and find out what is keeping her late .

After sometime Lee along with his 2 men come into the restaurant and tells SUNNY..

LEE : Michele is not answering her phone , she is not in her house and her room is all ransacked . Did you see anything suspicious yesterday .

SUNNY : Chow was in the restaurant last night with his men and left after ordering the food .

LEE : May be ,he suspects something and he may have something to do with the disappearance of Michele .

SUNNY : I saw Michele with some men yesterday night , when I went to her house.

LEE : What men ?

SUNNY : I do not know but the men were holding Michele by her hand and they put her in the car and drove away .

LEE : Why didn’t you try to stop the men from taking Michele ?

SUNNY : I thought that they were her boy friends .

LEE : You idiot those men were kidnapping her and now we have the life of a very good agent in danger . Why did you not call me and inform me when this was happening ?

SUNNY : I did not have your phone number .

Lee slaps his forehead and says ..

LEE : Just because the idiot does not have my phone number he could not inform me [ shouts at SUNNY ] then you could have come to my house and informed me . Just because of you we do not know where they have taken Michele to .

SUNNY : I know where they have taken Michele .

LEE : How do you know ?

SUNNY : I followed the car on my bicycle and I know the house where Michele is .

LEE : [ Looks at SUNNY surprisingly ] Why on earth did you follow them ?

SUNNY : I was jealous because I thought they were Michele Boyfriends and when I peeped thru the window of the house I saw a man kissing Michele passionately and then I could see no more .

LEE : [ shakes his head ] I don’t want to listen to any more of your nonsense . Just take me to the house where Michele is held hostage. Her life is in real danger .

SUNNY , Lee and his two men reach at the house where Michele is held and wait outside . Lee tells his two men..

LEE : Chow and his men are dangerous and armed and they must wait for backup.

Lee looks around and does not find SUNNY anywhere near him . He inquires from his men ..

LEE : Where is SUNNY ?

One of the men points out to Lee as SUNNY is entering the house from the first floor window .

LEE : How did he get there so fast ? Now he will spoil everything and get us all killed .

SUNNY enters the house from the window and quietly makes his way to the room and knocks on the door and calls out Michele . He gets a muffled response from behind the door . SUNNY opens the door and sees Michele tied up on the bed . He quickly rushes to her side and unties her and just as they are getting out of the room one of Chow’s men appear . SUNNY and the man gets into a fist fight . The man raises the alarm and other men come rushing at SUNNY and Michele . a furious fight ensues , SUNNY dives at all the men and they all fall down the stairs . SUNNY yells at Michele to jump out of the first floor window as the Lee and his men are waiting outside the house . Michele quickly jumps out of the first floor window . SUNNY engages the men in the house . The men take out their guns and fire at SUNNY , SUNNY jumps over the table and holds a steel suitcase over his chest , the bullets hit the suitcase . Lee and his men break into the house and a gun battle ensues , Chows men escape from the back door of the house . Michele rushes over to the side of SUNNY , SUNNY holds up his hand and says that he is absolutely fine and get up on his feet .

Lee comes over to SUNNY and says ..

LEE : You idiot because all of them got away . We could have easily surrounded them and then made them to surrender .

MICHELE : If you had waited any longer I would have been dead . Chow had ordered his men to kill me .

LEE : If you had been hurt it would have been the fault of SUNNY only because he knew since last night where you were but the idiot thought they were all your boy friends and you were having an orgy.

MICHELE : [ looks at SUNNY incredulously ] Is that true.

SUNNY : [ sheepishly ] I saw the men kiss you passionately and what else could I think .

MICHELE : [ slaps SUNNY hard] The men were trying to outrage my modesty and you thought I was having an orgy . [ flinches both her fist ] What kind of a man are you to think like this .

SUNNY : I am sorry I made a mistake .

MICHELE : You are a mistake .

LEE : Because of him we do not know what Chow and his men are up to.

SUNNY brightens up and tells Lee ..

SUNNY : I think they are trying to steal a missile .

LEE : What makes you say that .

SUNNY : I looked at their plans .

LEE : By any chance you won’t be having those plans .

SUNNY : Of course I have those plans with me .

LEE : Where are they ?

SUNNY : [ holds up the steel briefcase] The plans are here .

Lee takes the bag from SUNNY’s hand and tries to open it but finds it locked .

LEE : We will have to break open the briefcase .

SUNNY : No need to break open the briefcase . [ holds out the key to Lee ] Here is the key .

LEE : [ looks at the ceiling ] Will somebody get this idiot away from me .

Lee takes the brief case to his office and the briefcase is opened. . The papers inside are inside examined by the Chinese experts and they find that the papers contain the locations of various missile sites within china . the expert conclude that Chow and his men are trying to hijack one or more long range missiles and then arm them with dirty bombs and then hold the world at ransom. An Alert is sounded at all the Missile Bases in China .

LEE : [ calls SUNNY in his office ] You would certainly not know at what missile base Chow intends to strike .

SUNNY : I think he would strike at the Xniuha missile base .

LEE : What make you say that ?

SUNNY : When the one of the man was kissing Michele and had his hand under her skirt he said to her , you smell like the fresh air of Xniuha.

MICHELE : Just because the man said I smell like the air of Xniuha doesn’t mean that will strike there .

LEE : We must not under estimate the observation powers of our crazy friend here . Where all the wise men may fail an idiot may succeed . And just by chance we have a missile base in Xniuha , it is our farthest western base in China .

The security at the Xniuha base is upped and Lee , Michele and SUNNY leave for Xniuha . On reaching Xniuha Missile base SUNNY finds the air around the Missile base very foul and Complains..

SUNNY : [ sniffing the air ] The air here stinks of shit . Are there no toilets here .

MICHELE : This a Missile base not your five star hotel that you will have toilets here .

SUNNY : I wonder what smell of Xniuha the man was talking about when he lifted up your skirt .

MICHELE : [ slaps SUNNY hard ] You mind your language because I did not hear any man say any such thing . And you better be right about Chow coming here because you are going straight back to Chandani Chowk after this .

SUNNY : [ takes out his handkerchief ] It is not just the air that is foul here but also the moods of some people .

Chow and his men make their plans to strike at the Xniuha Missile base. According to their plan, they will raid the Missile base in the dead of the night and their small planes will spray the entire missile base with sleeping gas while Chow and his men will be protected with a gas mask over their faces.

The soldiers of the People’s Liberation Army manning the missile base fall asleep under the effect of the sleeping gas. Chow and his men move on to the base disguised as soldiers.

SUNNY to protect himself from the foul smell on the base covers his nose with the blanket when he goes to sleep . In the middle of the night he hears planes and noise outside his tents . He wakes up and smells gas . He quickly covers his nose with a handkerchief and peeps out of his tent . He sees that all the Soldiers are sleeping around the base and some men disguised as soldiers with gas mask on their faces are moving around the base .

To get a closer look SUNNY comes out of his tent and moves towards the noise of the truck . He sees that the disguised soldiers are taking out the Mobile Truck Missile launcher with an armed missile on it . On seeing his chance SUNNY moves in the darkness of the night and slips under the truck.

Chow takes control a mobile truck missile launcher with a long-range missile-armed on it . Chow takes the mobile truck launcher out of base . With SUNNY hanging on under the truck . The truck moves out of the base . SUNNY puts his hand in to engine of the truck from underneath and pulls out the petrol pipe of the truck . The petrol starts leaking from the truck . SUNNY picks up hand full of sand from the dusty road and keeps throwing it in the engine of the truck . After a little distance the truck runs out of petrol and comes to a halt . Chow and his men get down from the truck . SUNNY holds the axel of the truck and pulls himself close to the under body of the truck . Chow and his men inspect the truck and try to restart it but are unable to do so . They abort their plans and leave the truck in the middle of the road.

SUNNY comes out from under the truck and climbs on top of the truck and sits there and waits for reinforcements .

The next morning the Soldiers at Missile base wakes up and finds SUNNY and the Missile Truck missing . The Soldiers of the Base rush out of the base in the vehicles and after some distance find the missile truck with SUNNY sitting on top of it . SUNNY is brought back to base. Lee questions him .

LEE : What were you do doing on top of the Missile Truck ?

SUNNY : Yesterday Chow had sprayed the base with sleeping gas and everyone was sleeping .

LEE : We know that , the remnants of the gas are still in the air . but how come you did not fall asleep .

SUNNY : Well I had covered my nose with the blanket because of the foul smell of shit around the base and the gas did not affect me. Then I slipped under the missile truck and pulled out the petrol pipes and some other wires and the truck came to a halt . Chow and his men left the truck behind and escaped .

LEE : I don’t want to say it but you have a done it again . I don’t know what to call you , an asshole or just brilliant .

SUNNY : Can I ask for something after doing a good job last night while all of you were sleeping like kittens .

LEE : What is it you want ?

SUNNY : A kiss from Michele .

MICHELE : You will get a kick in your balls from me if you even think about it .

SUNNY : Talk about one being ungrateful . This is the best example .

Lee and the police conduct various raids in China to nab Chow and his men but all the raids prove to be empty handed . Chow and his men have simply disappeared . SUNNY and MICHELE are taking a walk in Shanghai when SUNNY spots a man with a plaster on his nose in the crowd . SUNNY points his finger and says to Michele..

SUNNY : You see that man with the plaster on his nose . He is one of Chow’s man.

Michele quickly puts her hand on SUNNY’s hand and pushes it down and says angrily to him..

MICHELE : Can’t you do anything right , by pointing your finger like this you will warn the man , he will be altered . Are you sure he is one of Chow’s men ?

SUNNY : Of course . I am the reason for the plaster on his nose .

MICHELE : The man would be armed and dangerous and we don’t want a shoot out in this crowded place . I will call for backup.

SUNNY:[ laughing] By the time the back up will arrive the man will give us the slip.

MICHELE : Just stay by my side and don’t do anything stupid .

Michele then reaches into her pocket and calls Lee on her mobile phone . Lee takes Michele call and tells her..

LEE : I will be with you in 10 minutes . Where is SUNNY ?

MICHELE : He is standing next to me .

And swings her left hand and does not find SUNNY near her , in a panic she looks around and sees SUNNY walking up straight up to the man with the plaster on his nose.

MICHELE : [ shouting into the phone ] He is going to get himself killed . [ and rushes after SUNNY ]

SUNNY walks in front of the man with the plaster on his nose and then suddenly about turns and faces the man and then raises his eyebrows and winks and smiles at the man . The man recognizes SUNNY with a start and quickly goes for his gun , SUNNY catches the man by his nose and twists his nose , the man screams and holds his nose with both his hands . Michele quickly runs up to SUNNY and asks him …

MICHELE : What are you doing ?

SUNNY : Can’t you see I got the man by his nose .

MICHELE : I am not carrying a gun .

SUNNY : No problem just take his gun. [ and points to the man ] He won’t mind because he too concerned trying to save his broken nose . [SUNNY again twist the nose of the man and the man screams in pain .]

Michele quickly frisks the man and take the guns out of the man’s pocket and points it at the man . SUNNY kicks the man hard on his legs and makes him fall on the ground , he then proudly puts his leg on top of the man’s chest and says to Michele..

SUNNY : Why don’t you take my photo in this pose ? my photo will be all over the newspapers tomorrow.

MICHELE : [ looks at SUNNY ] You are an idiot.

Lee comes along with his men and arrest the man of Chow . SUNNY salutes Lee with a grin of his lips . Lee looks heavens ward and says..

LEE : I do not know where we are heading to if we have to rely on donkeys to save the world for us .

Lee question the arrested man of Chow and the man reveals the hideouts of his associates . The police raid the hideouts and many men are arrested .But Chow continues to elude the police and Lee . SUNNY and Michele are patrolling the Shanghai city when SUNNY spots Chow sitting in a car at a red light crossing wearing a blond wig . SUNNY points his finger to Chow and tells Michele..

SUNNY : That is Chow over there in the car .

Michele quickly puts SUNNY hand down and tells him..

MICHELE : You will never make to secret service commission  if you keep pointing fingers at suspects like that .

SUNNY : Winks at Michele who want to join the secret service I just want to be with you .

Michele ignores SUNNY and quickly notes down the car number and calls Lee .

SUNNY : I am going after Chow .

MICHELE : Wait you idiot Chow will escape if he sees you .

Michele catches hold of SUNNY’s shirt . SUNNY takes off his shirt and Michele is left holding the shirt of SUNNY . SUNNY runs towards the car of Chow at the crossing and leaps in the air and crashes into the front windscreen of the car . Chow and his men are taken by surprise . Chow and his men quickly get out of the car and take their guns out. Michele comes running and fires at Chow and hits him on his hand . Chow and his men run through the crowd . SUNNY and Michele chases them thru the crowd .

Chow and his men enter the shopping mall and quickly runs up to a group of teenagers and hold them hostage . Chow fires the gun in the air . The crowd disperses in panic . Chow and his men hold their guns to the head of the teenagers and tells SUNNY to back off . SUNNY raises his hand in the air and tell Chow ..

SUNNY : I am unarmed .

Michele comes running from behind and takes up position behind the pillar of the mall .

CHOW : I will kill the hostages . I want a safe passage out of here .

SUNNY : This place will soon be surrounded by the police from all the side and there will be no escape for you and your men .

Chow fires at SUNNY and hits him in his hand but SUNNY stands his ground . SUNNY says ..

SUNNY : I will not live forever and whether I die today or not does not matter .

CHOW : I will kill before I die .

SUNNY : We are born equal in the eyes of the god and we are all mortals and will die when our time comes . And if it is the decree of the god that we all have to die today then who are we to go against the will of the god . One is never too young or too old to die . But if god has given us live then we should live our lives well and be happy and live in harmony with each other. Look into the eyes of the innocent children around you they want to live without fear . You were a child once too Chow did you not want to live a happy life and be with your friends and raise a family and be with your near and dear ones . Violence will serve no purpose it will only lead to more violence and more hatred . let the children go , let them live free

Chow’s lieutenant turns his gun at Chow and tells him that he no longer wishes to lead a life of hatred and of violence and then drops his gun of the ground .

SUNNY : Chow come back in to the society as one of us and we will all welcome you with open arms we are all after all humans and we all make mistakes .

Chow lowers his gun and says ..

CHOW : I don’t know why I am listening to you , but I will surrender .

Chow lowers his gun and throws it on the ground . The other two men with Chow also throw their guns on the ground .

CHOW : Maybe you are right and I should give peace a chance .

Chow raises his hand in the air . The police close in and arrest Chow and his men .

Lee comes over to SUNNY and tells him..

LEE : I don’t know how you do it but you somehow manage to come out to be a hero in the end [ Lee then extends his hand and SUNNY and shake hands with him .]

MICHELE : You are a Hero .

SUNNY : [ smiles] I always knew that ‘I am a hero’ but I could never make it to the film industry .

Next day MICHELE and Lee meets SUNNY at the Indian Embassy in Beijing. And Lee says to SUNNY..

LEE : So I believe you would be leaving back for India soon .

SUNNY : I have requested the Indian government to post me in Beijing only .

LEE : Oh No! I don’t want to tolerate you any more than I have to.

SUNNY : The Indian government in recognition of my good work has taken the burden off from my shoulders of all the intelligence work and given me the job of the cook in the Indian embassy and I am very happy at my new job because I am a brilliant cook . And then I will also be close to MICHELE as well .[ and winks at Michele ]

MICHELE : Why do you want to be close to me ?

SUNNY takes out a ring from his pocket and gives it to MICHELE and says..

SUNNY : This is our wedding ring.

MICHELE looking surprised says to SUNNY..

MICHELE : From where did you get the idea that I will marry you.

SUNNY : [ smiles ] For 2 reasons you will marry me . One , I have won a 10 Million Yuan lottery and Two , You won’t have to cook in the house because I am a perfect cook and will make a perfect husband .

LEE : [ looking heavens ward ] Why is god always so kind only to fools and crazy men ?

MICHELE laughs and hugs SUNNY and kisses him on the cheek .
