Dear Diary,.      

Lockdown day 7


Since many days we are going through a pandemic which has shattered the world. The situation of this pandemic are getting worsen day by day .


 To tackle this pandemic each and every people have to come together and they have to be one.


 In such situation the most important thing is to relax our mind . Because in such situation our mind and body not going in a direction which we were think of.


 so to relax my mind and body I have decided to engage myself in meditation and other relaxation techniques.


 In the early morning I have started with yoga and meditation. I have also took the help of internet and try couple of techniques that suits my temperament .


I went and found a corner of my house and had some soothing music on low volume and indulge in some relaxing meditation time. which is a good thing to do in such situation.
