When the time stopped

I can remember that incident as if it just happened yesterday.It was a pretty normal day for me starting with my tutions and then finishing up with my school online classes.Now,the weather would have been normal for some ordinary person but not for me as I sensed a rush of undetectable high pitched sound waves since the start of my day.However, dealing with all other problems it was noon by then.Exhausted from all the non stop pressure of all day I went to the rooftop to have some fresh air.I can still remember I sat for three minutes, closed my eyes and started overthinking about this selfish,unjust society.I opened my eyes and thats it,I just experienced a mini heart attack seeing that the birds have stop flying, the wind has stop blowing and the whole universe went silent for the next few minutes.By then I slapped myself two times thinking I was in a dream but I am not,this is reality.But this is scientifically impossible then how,my mind kept getting confused until a wild beam of red light fell on the open ground near my house.Seeing it I could not stop myself from running towards it to see what it is.Reaching my destination, I almost recieved another big adrenaline rush,it felt like my heart skipped two to three beats and i started having difficulty in breathing.It was a massive silver coloured dome shaped object or what we say an 'UFO' in proper term..Two men came out of them,however there structure looked familiar ,they were dwarfs,had large head and small toes.We two starred at each other for a quite a long time but they were not as surprised as me.One of them came forward and started asking about the present year surprisingly they were speaking in english.I was just startled,seeing my reaction, without wasting time , he told me who they really were and whats there mission.There was just a rush of thoughts and feelings inside my head.They are none other than us but from the 25th century,they didn't gave me much information though but they looked like they were in great danger, I asked them and with a deep sigh they at last told me what was the actual matter and that was enough for my heart to get another mini attack.They told that from now, before the 24th century,almost all part of earth will be under water,droughts and floods will become more frequent,very few animals will still be left and only 1million people will survive in that hellish atmosphere where there's only 1% breathable air left.Life was becoming impossible there,so they came to the past to collect some green plants and fresh oxygen.At that moment my mind was full of guilt feelings and nothing else.I lost control and sat down,with utter hopelessness i asked if there was one sine way left .They smiled and said that we cannot change the past but we can change the future.It can be changed,if the people of the present era will change.They patted my back and gave a wrist band as proof of there meeting with me.They also said that they stopped the time so that can do there job unnoticeable but they had some mistakes in there calculations.However they quickly collected sone saplings and was getting ready to leave,i was still sitting on the ground with some revolting plans going around inside my head.They were about to leave when they called out my name and wished me luck for the future.I was stunned that I never said my name then how did they..before any of my action a beam of light appeared for the second time and I was again on my rooftop, everything came back to normal.It was not easy for me to realise what was exactly happening, I came to the conclusion that it was a dream but then the wrist band was there, on my hand which left me with million thoughts inside my head.
