When Life Teaches You Lessons, Take Notes!

The past few months have presented us with a strange new world. The frequent news about people "turning positive" brought about so much negativity in the environment. However, amidst all this ruckus and chaos, I believe there were a few good things that happened and are still happening to us. Our life is a continuous learning opportunity and this pandemic too taught us a few important lessons-

A slower life isn't bad after all!

Earlier, having a lot many things to do and juggling to finish them all in your finite 24 hours was considered to be better than having a little or nothing in hand. Everybody had fallen into the habit of being busy. The lockdown taught us it is okay to have nothing to do for days, and even months together. In fact, a slower life is a much relaxing and enjoyable one!

Money can't fix everything

All the wealth and advanced technology didn't stop the spread of the virus. Of course, money did help the ones who had it be in a little better position than the ones who didn't. But this entire Corona episode teaches us the world does not exist for and because of money- something we need to keep reminding ourselves time and again.

A dash of creativity can brighten your day

It was during the lockdown everyone's creative genes came into life and cooking became a common platform to showcase it. Each time you get positive feedback for a new recipe, it gave enough joy to keep you elated for an entire day!

(PS - My kitchen creativity in making milk pedda backfired and we have a new set of paperweights at home.

Corona or no, I hope life teaches us many more such enriching lessons and keeps us happy and healthy in the days to come!
