Sagar! Complete the reports and let me know when a client asks further. Boss has given instructions and went for special lunch.

Madhukar newly joined the company. That was an MNC with a big campus in Hyderabad city. He is keenly observing people.

Sagar completed the reports and emailed them to his boss.

You are great, Sir. Madhukar said while eating lunch in the cafeteria. 

Sagar smiled and asked the reason.

You are on time. You are completing all your targets. Madhukar said his observations.

Don't you feel tired? What do you do in your free time? Madhukar asked him.

Bro, you will get used to working. As you are on the bench, you are getting free time. Once you are allocated a work project team, you can't even dare to think about free time.

Mondays are gone with new meetings and new targets. The remaining weekdays are gone with follow-up emails, bugs troubleshooting in the product (as he is working as a developer), client meetings. Sagar explained his work process.

That was a hell of a lot of work, Madhukar says with a spoon in his mouth.

You must be enjoying weekends? He asked with excitement.

You were looking for the weekend to achieve a lot. To explore weekend getaways from the city. To swim and to eat out. To shop for clothes and to roam in different places.

Suddenly client might want to talk to you on Skype. Your plans might be canceled.

When you get some free time you might not have the luxury to binge-watch everything. You have to upgrade your skills to jump into another high-paying job.

If not, restrict your growth and be a loyal employee to the same company. But, you will not be loyal to yourself.

In all this mess called Corporate Job, don't forget to explore relationships.

Madhukar was awestruck after listening. 

Come on buddy! Don't get confused. You are gonna experience a lot in life. 

Who knows you are gonna be an artist too by getting bored of this corporate job? Sagar knows Madhukar is a piano player.
