Small incidences can make you realize the bigger lessons of life in a very unpredictable way. I'm going to share with you a real incident that happened to me in the past. Now I'm 24 years old and the incident happened about around 3 or 4 years back I guess. And I still remember it.

One day in the past I needed to go to my aunt's house. The time would be around 11 am in the morning on that day. There were summers at that time. So, the heat was at its peak, especially during the day period. I took all the belongings that I needed in my bag and got ready to leave.

My aunt's house was not so far from my house. It was around 4 kilometers. There were E-Rickshaws which used to go there and they used to charge Rs.5 at that time. The E-Rickshaws were available from the main road.

So, I left my home and traveled on foot to the main road to get an E-Rickshaw. As I reached the main road and was just standing and waiting for the E-Rickshaw, my hands went through to the back pocket of my jeans in which I used to put the money. And and and..., it was empty. I hurriedly checked out my other pockets to check if the money was there. But they all were empty. I was feeling annoyed and angry with myself. "How could I forget to take the money?" I asked myself. Now what, the mind started to ponder. I decided that I won't go back home and now I have to bear the brunt of the mistake that I had done. It will be a lesson for me for the future... I thought. So, I decided to walk the rest of the whole distance on foot. I traveled all the way to my aunt's house on foot in the scorching heat. The sun rays were perpendicular as the time was approaching noon. They were feeling to me like thorns. And every step of my foot ahead was hard work. I was sweating. But was still moving ahead. And at last, I reached my destination.

Only "Rs. 5" that I needed. It was not a very big amount but still that day it seemed very big to me. The incident made me realize that every single Re is worth. We can't ignore even a rupee. Every rupee has its significance. If you don't have it, then you get to realize how important it is. And also respect your parents for everything they provide you especially their hard-earned money.

Real-life incidents bring us so many good lessons to learn. If we closely understand these experiences we can improve ourselves and our mistakes. So, learn and grow from your and other's experiences as well.
