UNIQUE BIRTHDAY IN LOCKDOWN- A True story

This is a true story. In the period of lockdown, when we were locked at home and all the markets and streets were alone, I received a call from my housemaid. She said sadly, "Mam everything at my home to eat is over and I don't have money too. It will be great if you can help me. "

I felt very heavy-hearted listening to her. I made a big bag of food and important things but her house was very far so it was not possible to go there.

Then I requested the police to send the bag to her house and gave them the details. They agreed to help us.

They passed the stuff to the police of that area, and they passed it further to the maid. Immediately she called me and thanked me for helping her in this critical time and gave her blessings.

But at that moment, I realised that there will be many more people like her who do not have anything. The next day it was my son's birthday, and I decided to help one needy every day for 30 days. This is the birthday which I will remember life long. From that very day, I gave food and necessary things to needy people for 30 days. Likewise for the police and news reporters who work for us day and night i made double and triple layered mask and distributed them.

All that I did in lockdown still gives me happiness. In this way, this unique birthday of my son was celebrated for 30 days rather than one. This different story of my son's unique birthday will always be remembered by me.
