Trepidus

At the end of the street stood the house of the noble Jonas family. The Jonas family consisted of Natalia and Joseph and their adopted children, Rosie, Maddie, and Jane. Aunt Rosalia used to visit them every summer vacation. Unfortunately, she died due to cancer. She and Jane were close.

After a week, Jane started screaming in her sleep. The doctor said it might be a sleeping disorder disease. It became worse night after night. Jane's behavior started changing. She started acting weird during school. One day when Natalia came back home, she saw Jane holding a stone covered in blood, and beside her was the dead body of their cat. Natalia asked, " what are you doing, and what happened to Becky?"

Jane said, " she got hit by a car this morning and was suffering a lot. I just helped her a little." Natalia was shocked. Days went by Jane became more creepy, she tried to drown Rosie in the tub, Jane's room was covered with creepy paintings. When Joseph came home and was drinking water Jane pushed him from the stairs and said, " oops! you should have been more careful Josh." He was shocked to hear this because his sister Rosalia used to call him Josh when they were kids. Without further delay, Natalia and Joseph decided to send away Jane to a mental health hospital. After a month when Natalia was walking down the street she thought someone is following her when she turned back she saw Jane. Natalia was so scared that even words didn't come from her mouth. Jane said, " don't you recognize me Nats, your dear Rosalia, well obviously I didn't deserve to die so I asked my little Jane for help ." Natalia started running to save her life. Jane pushed her on the street and a truck went over Natalia and she died. Jane looked at her and said " poor thing". Then she went home where Maddie and Rosie were talking and she cut their heads off and hanged their head on the entrance of their house. When Joseph came back home he cried out to see his daughter's heads on the wall. Jane closed the entrance gate and said " what a lovely evening brother, what would you like to have ." Joseph asked Jane " why are you doing all this ?" Rosalia answered " I am Rosalia, well you see how badly Natalia used to treat me but I never said anything, Rosie and Maddie only talked to me for money. I asked Jane for her soul and that poor thing was so afraid that she couldn't even deny. And you are my trepidus ( fear in Latin) you were always better than me, you always looked down on me, you even took my house from dad, you are a disgusting human. Now lets come back to the main business, just to show a little courtesy I will give you a quick death, an easy one." Joseph screamed, Jane tied him with ropes . She then set the house on fire and Joseph within it . She looked at the burning house and said, " serves you right." No one ever lived in that house again and there were no traces of Jane ever after.
