The SatNav

He was mighty pleased with himself, having bought the SatNav dirt cheap from that black marketeer. It was like nothing he had ever seen before, extremely accurate with the routes and estimated times. It took almost no time to respond to even the slightest of variations in the speed of his car.

He took great pleasure testing it, altering his speed and directions, and seeing the SatNav respond, with almost supernatural accuracy. Then, one day, he was driving and experimenting as usual when the SatNav seemed to go out of order. The expected time of arrival just disappeared from its screen. It didn't come back whatever he tried, and he was highly disappointed. Whatever paltry sum he had paid for the SatNav seemed too much and he resolved to catch hold of that shady fellow soon and give him a piece of his mind.

Suddenly, when he was turning a sharp curve on the road, the bulk of a runaway truck filled his vision, and he just had time for only one clear thought before the truck rammed his car and himself to oblivion: the SatNav was deadly accurate, after all!
