The Power Of Positivity

Sana had just come back from school when she was a big brown envelope lying on the dining table. The sight came as a shock to her because when she opened the envelope and started reading it, she found out that her mother had had sudden chest pain and she had to be taken to the hospital at the speed of lightning.

 I was shocked after reading the letter because as far as I knew, my family was a very healthy family, and such health issues affected it once in a blue moon, hence this was news for me. Though there was a lot of negativity dancing in the letter, then I remembered a quote I had just yesterday read on google, the quote said "In every negative, there is always a positive." As soon as I remembered that quote I felt better, and then slowly I diverted my mind from the negative part and tried focusing on the positive part. So the positive part was that I will get to spend half of the day alone at home as the letter also mentioned that they will take some time in the hospital because they needed to run some tests. So without thinking about my mother's chest pains I started my afternoon with some tasty lunch, and since my parents were in the hospital I had to cook lunch for myself, and in the process, I found out that I was an exquisite chef. After completing my lunch I spent the day studying and practising my hobbies. At night my mother came back home safely and I gave her a tight hug. It was a happy ending.

So the conclusion is that being negative will never give you a happy ending while being positive will not only give you a happy ending but also a good life.
