The Missing Sister

Oh! My entire body was aching from head to toe. I had walked continuously for four hours and there was no sign of my sister. It has been a day since she went missing And I had set off to find her. Alas! After searching her everywhere, I couldn't find her. Tired I was, I went home. 

"Mom? Dad? I couldn't find Kelly. " I said as I reached home. "We should contact the police as soon as we can. " my mother was busy stirring soup while my father was busy reading his newspaper. They weren't paying attention to what I was saying. "Mom? We should do something. Kelly's missing." "Are you guys even paying attention? Kelly is missing!" I said losing my patience. Why were they not speaking anything? " I am going to my room" I sighed as started climbing the stairs. 

As I was walking, I heard a thud. I stopped and looked back at my parents. my mom held a big sharp knife in her hands, that she used to cut meat, while my father just stared at me. "My dear daughter Anna, Kelly's dead... I killed her." My mom said. " Mom! What are you saying? You shouldn't joke about stuff like that! It's not a time for jokes." I exclaimed and at the same time, I sighed and started walking upstairs. 

"Anna, you are next. This is your last day, my sweet child" she said with a smile. " Okay, Okay, stop pranking now. it is not funny. Kelly, you can come out now. It is not funny." I said, annoyingly. 

" Kelly is dead, she killed her." my dad said, and my mother started walking towards me. I could not believe it and soon could feel the tears pouring down my eyes. I was paralysed and collapsed. "why would you do this? " I sobbed. " tell me this is a joke!!" I screamed. the next thing I knew was that my mother pulled my hair, and I saw the sharp knife piercing through my stomach, and the blood spilling everywhere. She stabbed again and again, to the point where I couldn't even move. this was not the death I imagined. I had no more energy to open my eyes anymore and I couldn't breathe. I could feel closing my eyes, and all the pain went away.
