The Legend Of Phoenix

It is well said that when you have the bravery in your heart no one can stop you, every miserable condition makes you stronger, so is the legend of Phoenix. Phoenix was a bird with beautiful appearance and his bright eyes and melodious voice would put on charm on its beauty. But who can tell what your destiny has decided for you? No one can tell. I think this is something that no one can even imagine or even science can't confirm. 

 As we all know very well that everything, we get has two faces good and bad and unfortunately, we can never eliminate the bad one which we got for free without any demand. And we people have a nature of taking everything for granted. So, we unpredictable creatures accept everything with an open heart. That's why I say, "Life is unpredictable, including us". And I believe after reading this story you will believe that too. Oh!! enough of philosophy and life lessons, or you will say why don't I become a philosopher. Hee!hee!hee now let me take you in the world of Phoenix...

Phoenix was apple of eyes of everyone in the jungle. People living in village near the jungle were also amazed by its beauty. It used to sing every morning and every night like it was waking everyone up and put everyone to sleep. Actually, it robbed the morning job of the hen, but it never complained. See, I told you about living creatures, of course animals are one of them, instead this hen was grateful and happy since there is no need for him to wake up early in the morning. If it would have come to humans, we would have killed the person who would dare to rob our job. Ok jokes apart... 

This hen would help the phoenix to collect food and even help it to build shelter if it broke. Every evening everyone in the jungle came to enjoy the live concert of phoenix. Phoenix was never proud for his qualities rather it was a polite creature who helped and care for everyone. Phoenix was also known for its greatness whenever the forest caught fire it helped many birds to escape from the fire and saved them.

Several months passed, but who would know that such a disastrous misfortune was waiting for the Phoenix. This time the whole forest caught an outrageous fire. While saving the other birds and animals its beak was rubbed badly, wings were almost burnt, and it loses its melodious voice was gone as it injured its neck too. This was one of the biggest tragedies in its history. Phoenix was injured too badly that he was not even able to move let alone flying and sing. Hen got to its job of waking everyone up as soon it he got its job back; it stopped helping Phoenix to collect food when it was in great need of help. What an ungrateful brat!!! no one came forward to help him instead the small birds would help him to get him food which would help him to survive. Phoenix's eyes were full of tears because he realized that he actually chose wrong friends, and it pains a lot to be stabbed by the one whom you trusted and loved the most. 

Phoenix had such a miserable life, but he had a courage to live. He started to pray that he wanted to go back to his normal life, the way he used to be the highest in the sky and the gold of everyone's eyes. He prayed for several days and one day God turned up in front of him. A big fire was in front of him. God said, " If you want to go to your previous life you have to jump in the fire. Either you will lose your life, or you will be reincarnated after reincarnation you will be more elegant than before. The choice is yours....". This was actually for all those who lost their ability to do anything to get their lost ability and body back. Everyone backed off since God already mentioned that they may die too but Phoenix jumped.

Phoenix was turned into ashes; little birds lose their hope that if Phoenix would ever come back and cried bitterly with a guilt in their heart if they would have stopped Phoenix from jumping into the fire. After a few days they noticed a giant bright figure lurking around the dark bushes it was indeed Phoenix all the creatures were amazed to see Phoenix. It was even more elegant than before with a fire crown on its head. 

Everyone asked him why he jumped alone in the fire knowing that it may get you killed. Guess what Phoenix said, " My will to live would never let me die, and I was already in my most miserable condition to continue my life like that. And I am grateful to my condition which let me know who are my true friends" Everyone was proud of it and declared the Phoenix as the King.

My Dear friends.... indeed, this story is too simple, but it has a great message inside it that your miserable condition actually test you how brave you are and also filter mean people from your life. Your misfortune actually leads you to a new life. If you have a chance to grow grab it regardless of the risks. So, never ever give up, even in your dire conditions...
