The Last Hope- Episode 3

Previously on 'The Last Hope'- Mark along with his brother Chris, jumped into the magical world to rescue Rebecca. They had to solve a riddle in order to find the protective shield. They met a strange- looking animal, green in colour with black spots.

It was a leopard, a unique one! Anyway, back to the story, the leopard's name Jig, who knew all the ways through the Magical World. Mark asked, "Can you tell me where to find The Magical shield?" " Yes, why not!" replied Jig. Chris said," Tell me!Tell me! I'll draw the map to reach there. Did I mention, I am good at drawing maps?" The leopard said, "Then draw! You've to move 5 steps forward and then open a box." "Okay." They did what was said by the leopard and found that it was in his cave!!! Mark said, "Your map was really helpful." In a laughing tone, and took the shield and decided to take off. But before that, they asked on last thing. Where is Shenmore's palace? Jig gave them a map leading to his castle. They thanked the leopard for his generosity and started there journey to Shenmore's palace. 

Finally, they reached the castle, and it was about time, that Shenmore has created his thing to turn Rebecca into a stone statue. But Mark stopped and started quarreling and fought for long. But, neither Mark was able to cut his beard nor Shenmore took Mark's shield off. And Rebecca was about to turn into a statue. 

The Last hope, was to Mark sacrifice himself, to save Rebecca. Chris didn't accepted it but, Mark gave the shield to Chris and ran into Shenmore. No one told him that a sacrificial death will defeat him automatically but, Mark believed in his imagination. And this is what it happened, he kept himself undefended, and when Shenmore attacked him, Mark tool him by surprise and cut his bear and all his magic spells were reverted. Shenmore was caught off guard! Unfortunately, Mark died. The king arrived too, with the help of the sorcerer, but was directly teleported to exact same place where Mark was lying dead! The king said," He was an honourable man! A big funeral procession will be held for saving my daughter's life.
