This is my real life story I am sharing with you. I was just 10 when I was overweight. I could also catch diabetes if my weight increased. My family members were all worried but my father didn't lose hope. My dad started losing weight as he was overweight too. This inspired me a lot. I too decided to lose weight not hope. From that day we used to exercise daily. During my father used to go to gym I would play sports like skipping, running or swimming. We decided to exercise for at least for one hour during the evening. We fixed a time and used to exercise daily.
We used to do 50 scoots, 200 step ups, spot jogging etc. But only exercise didn't work, we also had to follow a balanced diet. There was protein, carbohydrates and a very little amount of fats and sugar in our diet. It was really very tough for us to follow the diet but we didn't gave up. By a month we lose 1 kg and celebrated by having a diet party. The next day we were pleased to see my all family members were exercising with us. My mom told me, "We all are inspired from you." I cheerfully replied, "The person who inspired me is my dad." From that day to this current year we still exercise daily. I have really lose weight and am moving out from having diabetes. All the credit goes to my loving and caring DAD.
