STORY STARTS HERE

Whooo-heee there was screaming all around the class... 

Just now MR. Darus had announced about the picnic...The picnic was to 'HOWLING FOREST' for class 5...Everybody thinks it will be fun...But every child is planning deeply... It might go wrong...Darus went out &  came in 2 minutes... 

Everyone became silent...He is telling me About the FOREST... 

  

 "It’s very strange and evil forest! So be careful...The picnic will be fun but not this one...You should take it as a  challenge and face every problem...If any child who 

cannot face the problems don’t come...There will be 2  days stay in the forest.... 

It will cost 500 Rupees for the bus...Staying is all in the forest...So if u can adjust only should come...Who all can adjust? 

THEN A STRANGE THING HAPPENED 

 

Every child sat down. Darus got angry and said to every child, “Everybody should come to the picnic...Then only every child knows how to solve problems in their own life". He said that the picnic would be on the 17th of January...The last day of handing over the money is on this MONDAY...  Those who didn’t give money on that day will be getting punishments...Everyone knows how hard Darus used to pinch & beat...Sourav thought, “If the trip was not compulsory, I would not come....NOT ONLY 

SOURAV, THE WHOLE CLASS... 

 

On Monday(Payment Day)Darus' period was the last...Every child was afraid...Some fainted, some cried...Once Mam was asking questions to some students, the child didn’t answer didn’t even hear the question by remembering about the picnic!!!!  Some went to toilet twice or thrice!!! What a mess  Darus has created...The last period's time is 3:00 to 3:30...The second last's bell rang...CRRRRRR The bell rang!!!OH!!! 

Darus came into the class & asked “Who all didn’t bring the money???"Nobody stood....Then Darus laughed loudly..."HAHA".... 

 

 Darus laughed loudly, "HA, HA, HA...Then he told,  Very good children...Now give me the money"...All the children lined up...Darus will always cheat on money...One child gave 1000 RS! But didn’t return 500 RS back...The child pleaded and begged...To his surprise, Darus gave back...  Sourav told to his best friend Neha, 

  

Sourav told to Neha, Best teacher,HMMM...We should complain to the principal Madam....Then Neha's curly brown hair swung right & left (nodded)...Sourav  asked Neha, “Why, why not???"Neha said, "If we complain to him, principal madam will suspend him for 2 or 3 months... Darus will get angry...After 2 months Darus will return back....He will be giving punishments 

for us..." 

"Yes, you're right..." Then everyone gave money...Darus started his class... 

17/1/2020 (PICNIC DAY)

The terrible day arrived!!! 

  

Darus & every child arrived at the school at the correct time...Darus told instruction INSTRUCTIONS 

1.Do not talk 

2. In each seat, a boy & a girl should be seated  

3.While staying in the forest, the girl and boy should take  care of themselves 

"That's all, these are only the instructions..."Darus informed that Neha and Sourav should be as one couple...They both were satisfied...Everyone entered the bus... 

  

Everyone entered the bus...Only Neha & Sourav was satisfied with the rule except one of them...It was, 'Should not talk'...Anyway, they are satisfied with the seatings..."It  will take one hour more to reach there..."Darus informed...Sourav wondered, Only one hour!!! Neha was fast asleep when Sourav was thinking...She is a bold child as Sourav was the exact opposite of Neha...His mom always would say, "Be like Neha"... AFTER ONE HOUR... THEY REACHED THE FOREST!!! 

 

After one hour,they reached the forest....When they saw the forest they all loved it...The branches of the trees hung like a sofa...Sourav became positive by seeing the forest...They all played but Darus interrupted by telling them that they all are against the school rule...The couples should only play, eat & spend time with them... 

Only Sourav & Neha are following the rule of Darus used to praise them...Suddenly... 

  

Suddenly a loud thud heard...."AAAAAAAA..."Shouted all the children...Darus got angry & shouted"Ah! It's just coconut tree's leaf fell down...Then there was silent in the forest except for the sounds of birds and rivers...After that Darus told,"disperse"Then everyone dispersed as couples...One child asked,"Sir, where should we stay???"Darus told, “You all have to build a home...Suddenly a boy asked a strange question to Darus...                                                        

 

Then a boy shouted and asked a strange question, "When will you teach me???"He asked by raising his voice...Darus got angry and said,"You both should stay outside of the tent;We are going to put  it..."The girl begged and pleaded...But she was out of luck. Darus strictly told...Then that boy told, "Oh!!! I slipped my mind to ask you something...Can I ask???  Darus told,"Yes" He was happy and asked,"Where  should we both stay???"Darus replied in an angry manner.

 

Darus replied, "You itself find it out...We all will put up a very comfortable tent..."Darus told...The boy was about to cry...But before he cried, Darus went to put the tent...He then put the tent and he told, "Ok children...Go and sleep..."All children were disappointed...But what to do??? They have to follow him...Then everyone went to their respective tent...Then the couple who was staying outside of the tent was disappeared when Darus woke at the midnight!!! 

 

Darus thought for a while and woke up every child and said, "Wake up...Wake up children...Kiran & Swetha who was staying outside of our tent got disappeared!!! 

Please help me to find them... Those who finds them, I'll grant any 5 wish...Then he told," Each couple go in different directions & help to find them... 

Every couple got ready & one of the child asked," In which team; couple,are you??? 

 

Darus answered," I'm not as a team...I'm alone...You all don't worry about me... "Sourav told to Neha slyly & murmured," Why should we worry about you??? And who will???"Neha said, "Yes of course... I was going to tell you the same thing...." Darus told us, "Ok children,SPLIT UP..." Sourav could not stand because of fear... They all split up!!! 

 

 

They all SPLITTED UP!!! Sourav asked to Darus," where to go???" Darus was very tensioned and was very soft to children as they are helping him and said," You can go anywhere and should return to their own respected tent..."Ok sir" Said Sourav... They all started their searching...Sourav begged Neha," Please, we can say to sir that we didn't find him...So that is why we both returned....Can we tell???" 

 

Neha said angrily,"NOOOO" Sourav was completely disappointed & agreed with Neha... 

They started to search Kiran & Swetha...They went towards the north direction where strong wind blew... 

Sourav became bold....He made Neha fool...He made sounds like GHOST, he hid behind a tree so that she would search for him... 

Neha got angry & said something loudly.... Sourav after she said, he didn't do anything!!!

Neha said," My mom used to say that if we tell anything that will not happen & it is bad, it will surely happen!!!" 

That's all...Sourav became quite... From that movement onwards, he was 'afraid of Neha's shadow' (IDIOM FOR 

TO BE AFRAID OF SOMEONE) They walked deeply & deeply were many strange howls were coming... 

At last they decided to stay at a strange place where many bats & wolf wander about 

 

They reached a place where many bats flew....It was a kind of a strange place and wolf wandered around... 

Exactly like a bungalow Sourav became afraid... He started to sweat in the cold wind!!! Neha was bold as a soldier and came inside of the big house… Then Sourav spotted something moving backside of Sourav!!! 

 

 Sourav spotted a shadow of some strange man; not a human, no leg…Walking with the hands… No fingers! So Sourav decided to go out of the strange bungalow & 

need to go to Darus and needed to show him... Neha also got little bit scared... Neha also allowed...They both went outside...When they were going outside, they saw the name of the 

bungalow as Darus!!! After they called the priest on Neha’s phone…The priest said,” Darus is one of the EVIL GHOST!!! There is a glass door in the bungalow…Just somehow lock him…This is only one way…JUST DO IT!!!!  

   

They both went to call Darus…After reaching,Darus Agreed to come...They started to walk in that direction ( North ) and they were not bothered about Kiran & Swetha ( who were lost )… Darus suddenly landed on a pile of leaves with a THUD... Sourav & Neha controlled their smile and went to help him… Darus told, “Thank you, my dear children… Let’s go to that strange bungalow” They reached there!!! 

  

When they reached there, Darus started to laugh loudly… His face changed strangely… He told the truth to Sourav & Neha that he took them to this forest to eat them up!!! Sourav’s eyes sparkled… They both remembered what the priest told and ran away to that (glass room)… They hid behind the door… Darus also followed!!!  

 

OH!!! Darus is following them!!! Sourav ran behind Neha… Neha ran towards the glass door… Darus was slow in walking usually… So it was easy… Sourav and Neha hid behind a door (glass)… By coincidence, Darus went inside the room, they both came outside and slam & shut the door… Darus was trapped…There was a great relief after locking a ghost inside a room… After 

that, they called the priest…The priest was very happy…They went to the 2 floors and found Kiran & Swetha sitting at a corner & crying… 

 

 “Why are you both crying for”??? ““Come on… Fast let’s go out…” Kiran & Swetha hurried” They all went out… 

Sourav asked,” Why did you tell to come out “??? Kiran & Swetha continued, “Darus is a strange ‘GHOST’ do you know that???” Sourav told,” Yaa we know that…” 

“Then “ Swetha’s mouth opened wide… Sourav & Neha told what happened… 

Then Sourav & Neha told Bus driver that Darus was a ghost… Then they reached safely.
