The Deadline

Hello, my name is Abhi and I am a time provider, I provide time to those who are counting their last breath.

I am granted a special charm that whenever I am surrounded by someone who is about to die but wishes to live, then I give them an hour of my life.

So, here are my tales of helping them with those who are near to their deadlines...

One day, I was traveling to Mumbai, the film city of India, where a lot of people go to fulfill their dreams, it's a dream city indeed. The journey was by bus and I was sitting at the last window seat looking outside at the beautiful scenery, it was about afternoon and I was hungry, so I grabbed the box out of my bag and as soon as I tried to eat it, the bus jerked and there was a sudden loud crash.

I felt unconscious but I was able to see the driver taking his last breath and I was running to help him. What would someone do at this point in time, call the ambulance, isn't it? But, I did something that you could never imagine, my soul came out of my body, I lied there down on the road, looked at the surrounding, I could see a few passengers were mildly injured so they were treating themselves, only the driver was badly hurt.

I went to the driver and told him to get up and live his last deadline of one hour...
