Sundar! This is too much yaar. You should go home. That too it's Dusshera time. We all need a break. It helps your emotional health. Right? Vinay's eyes were so keenly observing Sundar's expressions.

Sundar hesitantly smiled. It is nothing but a fake one.

Sir, I will go next month. He answered.

Okay. As you wish. Vinay said.

I know it. These South Indians don't take many holidays. They don't know how to enjoy life. Because of them, the company thinks we too must take fewer holidays. Rishabh intervened with his regular north-south debate. Vinay laughed along with him.

Sundar smiled again and continued doing his work. He knows not to comment on anything in front of Vinay.

Madhu observed everything and came to Sundar. Why don't you say anything? Madhu questioned?

What do I have to say? Sundar asked.

When Rishabh is commenting about South Work you must have said something. Madhu raised a point.

Brother, I am not going home due to my commitments.

You know my salary is less and I can't afford to and fro flight journey cost for every festival. If we travel on the train it takes two days to reach home. There is nothing here about the South vs North debate.

Rather than that if they think of my salary vs work graph I would be happier. Sundar explained his situation.

Madhu said sorry for not understanding his condition.

Don't you hate them? Madhu has moved his eyes towards Rishabh and Vinay.

I can't judge a person's emotional maturity based on these North Indian vs South Indian characteristics.

So, there is no question of hate here. If I find some Useful qualities I adopt them into my life. If I don't like I avoid interfering with them.

It's better to work on ourselves rather than stereotyping every other moment. Sundar smiled after saying.

The smile is genuine. It's blossomed from the experiences of pain and molded by self-love.

Madhu is reading the quote on Sundar's bag.

Hate has caused a lot of problems in the world but has not solved one yet. - Maya Angelou
