Summer!!! A season of brightness

A season of life

Everything lit up so bright

Is a little different this time. 

We are locked in our homes

No one to witness this sight 

Monster named "corona" 

Has shaken the world

Took so many life's

And left a vacuum, snatched hopes of many to survive. 

People have come closer 

Despite the social distancing

They are busy fixing their lost relations

As now they have realised the Importance of being with loved ones. 

Amidst such chaos, 

I chose not to lose hope. 

I know it ll take time, 

But until everything is fine. 

I will keep my spirits high

And plead you to spread positivity

As day is soon going to come when we ll be free from the shackles 

So gear up and be ready to fly

To see the bright summer day 

Have patience, this monster will go way.
