Student Who Taught Me
Student Who Taught Me
I use to give home tuition to kids to earn part-time and pay my bills. For me, Tuitions are just a source of Income and I never cared much about the grades and studies of the students or think about them. One Day I got an offer to teach a kid of age 8 in my neighborhood and I accepted the offer since the payment was good and it's surely easy to teach kids. But the girl was a little different from lots of amazing questions and doubts in her mind. She was just a little girl in class 3rd but had a great sense of self-confidence, and a torchbearer of equality for women. On the day of Rakhi, I was at there house and they were celebrating Rakhi while she was tying Rakhi to her cousins and feeding sweets to them and the cousins gifted her a pack of chocolate along with Rs. 100 note but to everyone's surprise she refused to took the money and chocolate. And the thing she told shocked everyone in that room. She demanded when I am feeding brothers with my own hands than why should gurls don't get to eat from the hands of her brothers on the day of Rakhi. Why this partiality with girls. She surely has courage and confidence in her eyes which makes everyone get agree to her point and we decided to feed girls also from our hands-on Rakhi.
