Hi! My name is Gargi, and today I'm going to tell you some of whatever weird, sad and happy things that happened in my life. You decide to read further? Okay, then, get cozy, because this story is going to be a long one....

1. Travelling and School trouble.

I went to Germany three times. But when I was four, I stayed there for 9 months. My dad LOVED travelling, so in those nine months, we visited numerous states in Europe and other countries too. Of course I still remember all the memories. They were an important part of my life. Before we went to Germany, I had started going to Junior Kg. I didn't enjoy school so much. We had a very strict teacher, and, if we did something wrong, we would get a black star ( I know it's lame, but if we got a black star, our reputation was ruined). I was quite happy that we were going to Germany We had taken a long holiday from school. Don't get me wrong, I DID study; I was homeschooled for nine months. But one day, we received a call from them saying that I was no longer a student in that school. A part of me was sad, because I would lose contact of my friends. But, I was delighted too. Even my dad and my mom didn't take it seriously. If I were to tell you the truth, they were quite glad too. In Germany, my dad would go to work at a clinic near by. And at weekends, we would go to the city square and get ice cream. Fun, right? Well, if you exclude all the home-work, scoldings from my mom(and from my dad, I think), then my life was pretty great!

2. Birthday in Paris.

I remember that my parents took me to Paris on my 5th birthday!!! I was overjoyed that there was a surprise for me. I had been counting days. We visited Disneyland. I didn't know there was such a thing until then! I remember driving a fake car. Dad was giving me instructions how to drive it and all that stuff. They bought a funky hairband for me and I looked very cute in it. We took LOADS of photos and at night and did the cake-cutting on Eifel Tower. It must sound like I'm bragging about it, but I'm telling you how special my 5th birthday was to me! Surely, it was one of the most best days of my life.

3. New school, new friends.

When we returned to my Homeplace, we started searching for good schools. Time flew by, and soon I was ready to go to a new school. On the first day, I was very anxious. Also, I didn't want to part with mom and dad. I am shy, and so it's hard for me to talk to people. I always feel that I'll get embarrassed and people will laugh at me. Still, with this attitude, I made quite a few nice friends. Even the teachers there were kind and friendly and would always crack jokes. My first day went pretty well, and I instantly took a liking to the school.

Our parents would come to pick us up in our classroom every day. One day, mom was late to pick me up. I was alone with a boy with me. I mustered up the courage to start a conversation. 'Hi,' I said shyly. 'Hi,' he replied, quite cheerfully. I asked him his name and many other things too. Soon, we became good friends. Eventually, even our families came close. We met up quite frequently and played different games, but in school, we had less conversation. I did not have much girlfriends at that time, but I had a best friend. But, she left me, because she was 'tired' of me. To be honest, that was the lamest reason I had ever heard to break a friendship.

4. Writing and a new member in the family.

I started liking writing since I was 6. I LOVED reading, so I decided to try out writing and make a few silly poems and read them to my family. My father liked them and told me to write all my thoughts in a diary he gifted. I wrote quite a few stories, and then my love for writing grew. I dream of being an author now.

Around that time, we all even welcomed my little sister in the world. I always longed for a little sister to play with. Well, my sister troubles me A LOT. She with her childish voice, scolds me, with her tiny hands, DESTROYS my homework, and with her short legs, follows me wherever I go. I could go on forever. But, she also does something loving like hugging me when I come home from school or smile at me without any reason. We fight every day but love each other a lot. When I am away, I miss her more than anyone in the world and so does she. We have a unique bond, as you call it.

5. Miss, I'll miss you.,

You're still reading?! I admire your patience. Okay, so anyway, when I was in the third standard, we got the sad news that our former class teacher; Shashi miss had passed away. I cried a lot that day. I loved Shashi miss. She was the one who made me feel less shy in front of my classmates. She recognized the hidden talent in me and never ever made me feel small. She was awarded the Best Teacher award by the school. She surely deserved it. All of us were devastated after hearing the sad news. She was almost always smiling and always saw the positive side of things. A teacher told us that when she breathed her last, she was smiling. Amazing, right? Wherever she is, I hope she's okay.

6. Friend Drama!

I got one best friend (I'll not expose her name, or she'll write a thousand hate notes about me) when I was in the third standard. We had fun then, but eventually- even though I didn't admit it- I began to feel that our friendship was forced. Sometimes, we fought for no reason at all! Don't get me wrong, we also had a lot of fun. We weren't so bad! We gossiped and wrote many poems together. But then, she started seeing a best friend in every girl except me. I always begged for her to get back to me, and she would act all pricey and ignore me. She even insulted my little sister, which was brutal. I lost so many tears because of her. And she wasn't even worth it. One day, she decided to betray me. She sent fake messages and started fights between me and my other friends and all that messy ish. I think she was jealous I was making new friends. Now, we don't keep in touch (thank god). I have amazing friends now. They are the best and are everything I wished for.

Okay, I'm tired now, I told you a lot. Bye!
