Micro Story: "Stay, O Night"

In Parul's bedroom, the dimmer light created an intimate glow, casting soft, mysterious shadows across the walls. The gentle moonlight tenderly kissed the glass window, as if trying to linger a moment longer. Inside, time was slipping away for Armaan and Parul, racing faster than their hearts.

Parul's garments clung to fewer boundaries than the moonlight glow, and the warmth in Armaan's breath consumed the air around them. "Stay, O night…" Armaan whispered, his voice carrying both desire and desperation, "There are still breaths left to take… Let me feel the warmth of your essence before you leave."

Parul remained motionless, but how her nails traced their path down Armaan's back was all the response needed. Even the night blushed and hid behind the clouds, as though ashamed to intrude upon such intimacy.

Dawn hesitated that morning, taking its time to arrive, as if it, too, wished to savor the lingering passion in the air. For in love, time stands still, and no one ever questions its duration. It only whispers: "Stay, O night…"

And so, this moment was etched into eternity, where time itself forgot to tick, submerged in the infinite ocean of love
