Sole Reason For Existence(end)

Rahul had been an experienced businessman. Though infertility issues and the associated complications and the fear of losing their only son had broken his backbone 19 years back, the struggle for sustenance in an unknown small town all these years along with childrearing and financial problems had resurrected his lost mental strength.

 Time and Love are always the greatest healers. He vowed to himself that he would never let Sambhav to be snatched away from them . He would fight against the miscreants till his last breath because life without Sambhav didn't exist. It was a do or die situation now.

He told Rachita and Sambhav that he was going on an important business trip and went back to his hometown to dig into the issue till he found some solutions to the problem.

He hired two renowned private detectives, due to the shortage of time, to investigate the background of the infertility centre and its staff.

The hardworking detectives dug out the records of the unethical and illegal malpractices being carried out in that institute for decades. They found out some couples who were regularly being blackmailed by them, who agreed to testify in the court.

Rahul lodged a police complaint against them and had the custody case of Sambhav reopened. He found out that the court summon that Kandhei had shown them was a fake one.

He finally sorted out the case and with the help of the witnesses and the proofs collected by the detectives. The blackmailer gang was imprisoned and the clinic got sealed forever.

When Rahul returned home, with a wide grin of satisfaction of never having to lose their son again, flashing on his lips, Sambhav ran to him and hugged him tightly.

Sambhav asked his parents," How could you ever think that I would abandon you people and give consent to go with that wretched woman calling herself a mother and utilising motherhood,which is God's greatest gift to the women, as a method to extort money from helpless, emotionally vulnerable childless couples?? It's impossible for me as your love is also the sole reason of my existence..."

"How did you know all this?", asked the surprised Rahul and Rachita, to which Sambhav answered with amusement," Don't consider me as a tiny child anymore, folks!! I'm a grown-up of 19 now!! I can read your moods from your facial expressions and overhear your hushed, mysterious conversations in your room and over the phone also .." .

All of them laughed heartily and set out to celebrate the occasion in their favourite family restaurant.
