Sleep Paralysis

Amanda is a young girl in her teens.

They were in their last session of high school when the school organized a trip for them to go to Virginia.

Although, it was optional.

The purpose of the trip was for them to learn more about different things.

Amanda has always been a girl with not so much confidence, she thought that this time, it could be different for her.

"Amanda", George calls out to her.

George is Amanda's best friend.

He walked up to her, "what are you going for, Amanda"?

Her answer shocked him when said "sleep paralysis".

Then George that wanted to go for "psychology" also switched to "sleep paralysis" for her.

They got home and told their parents.

And two days after, the trip was ready.

They got on the bus, and after four hours on the road, they got to where they were going.

The place the activity was going to take place was far from where they stopped.

It was an abandoned school bought by the doctors there.

They welcomed them and asked them to go to their various places since everyone chose different activities.

There were only five sleep participants.

They ate, played games, danced, and every one of them went to sleep.

Early in the morning, they met at the dinner table.

The doctor that was going to take them on the sleep study gave them a contract to sign about the activity.

They all went through it, then signed the form.

At ten O'clock, the activity started.

All five of them were asked to take a seat and breathe in and out.

They all take a deep breath, and are asked to imagine that they were alone in a house with a staircase, they started going through the staircase, and count numbers.

"Take a deep breath again", doctor Hart said.

They started seeing different things.

They were all running away, and they could hear a dark soul screaming "wake me up".

Scared they were when they woke up.

They told their vision to the doctor.

And to a surprise, they all saw the same thing strangling them in their sleep.

They were all freaked out to the extent that they couldn't eat properly.

In the evening, doctor Hart called them all to the dinner table.

He said "the real thing will happen tonight"

Although they were terrified, they just nodded.

Had a drink, then went to sleep.

As he said, it started.

A black human form wearing a cloak, with long nails, and dark eyes started walking in the hallway and screaming.

Went to doctor Hart's room and started screaming and yelling at him.

All he could do was stare, couldn't move.

The dark soul made him paralyzed.

Everyone else experienced this, except for Leo.

Leo went missing from the very first day.

It is dawn, and everyone is freaked out because he was nowhere to be found.

They complained to the doctor, and he went to check the CCTV in his room, only to find a video of him walking away.

Two days after, Mary, another sleep participant went missing just like Leo.

Joan went missing four days after that.

Now, it was only George and Amanda that were left.

The doctor was beginning to feel scared because this is the first time such a thing would happen.

To his surprise, he found Amanda and George dismembering a body and eating it like a soft baked cake.

He went closer and he was shocked to see that it was the other sleep participants that were being eaten.

He screamed, and as they both were alerted, they ran after him, with blood in their mouths dripping, and ate him too.

The police thought everyone disappeared, or maybe the dark spirit ate them.

Well, that's not the truth.

Amanda and George were the demons, and they couldn't stop themselves from eating them because they smell so good.
