Silent Prayers

Katy was a brave girl. Saruv was his blue eyes neighbour who was very rich. But he was not hard working. He didn't read like Katy. 

Both were of the same age so gradually became friends. 

After a few years their college started Katy excelled there she took part in debates dramatics and was doing well in her studies.

But saruv struggled as he did not read many books.

Things deteriorated for him. He used to ask Katy for her notes etc.

He felt quite ashamed and later started reading a variety of books.

Katy who came from a middle-class family was offered on-campus jobs. As she excelled in her studies.

She received many prizes too.

Saruv too managed to pass his college.
