They were three brothers and a sister; this is a story of the eldest of them. As being the eldest Arun was supposed to take up all responsibilities, his parents were having a bad financial position, so they were unable to fulfill all or rather say any of his requirements, but boy being such a lovely understandable person Didn’t demand anything which was beyond his parents reach.

At the age of 12 he had a mind of 16 year old grown person. While going to school he opted to walk 1.5 km just to save 3 Rupees. He never ate anything in his lunch so that he could save more money in family’s bad time. Whenever there was shortage of money to manage monthly household expenses, he had something to offer which he saved while walking to school and not having lunch without having any job or rather to say without being an earning member at that age. Time passed away and now he was in class XII where he had enough of saving from his pocket money to join CA. After passing class XII, he gave CPT exam and as he was a bright student nobody had any doubt about him clearing whole course in 1 st attempt and he thought becoming a CA will help his family financially not immediately but in coming 4-5 years.

There was always a twist in his life and as soon as he cleared his CPT exam with good marks his father became jobless and there was a sudden fall in the financial condition of his family, they didn’t even have the money to fulfil their basic needs, so finally after many thoughts he planned to give up CA and join a company instead in order to support his family. He made a CV in his college first year, where he had no work experience and no knowledge of how the corporate world works. He went out for job search near to his college so that he didn’t spend a single penny in travelling from college to office. In his search he entered an office and met the concerned person for job purpose and got the job of a pion. He was to be paid 800 Rupees as his salary and without thinking of any other things he just joined the office because he knew his family was badly in need of money

The toughest time was when he had to manage his college, office and household works. He used to wake up at 5 and get ready for his college. His college used to get start at 6.20 and after that he used to rush for work. He used to walk to the college which was nearly 4.5 km from his home and thus he used to leave home at 5.30 am without having his breakfast. In Lunch, he used to have Muri and Aloo Chap which costed him 2 Rs. After finishing his work he used to again walk back 4.km which was so tiring considering his age and meals that he used to have, hats off to such kind of person. After coming back he helped his mother in her household works. And then he used to study for his CA intern Exam which he was planning to give after 1.5 years without taking any coaching. The word “Tiring” was not even in his dictionary and he managed this for almost 3 years. After completing his education, he was promoted in the same company to a senior level. He was such a dedicated person he worked continuously for 3 years without taking a single leave and even during exams he used to come over for short duration but no half measures.

7 years down the lane, his dedication and hard work paid off as he was further promoted to a higher level in the office. Even after so many achievements, he was still the same family person who knew the actual worth of money as he went through such a tough time.

When he was earning 800 rupees a month, his expenses on himself was meagre 52 rupees and remaining was handed over to his mom for household expenses. When he got a salary hike, he started to fulfil all the requirements of his brothers and sisters sacrificing his own. When his sister reached the age when she should be marrying, he managed to arrange the whole money by himself and married her off by finding a young handsome boy. When his age of marriage came, he bluntly denied as he never wanted to spend a single penny on himself. He always thought when his brothers become capable enough to take care of their parents he will leave his home and worship all his life. Later on he found it difficult to do so and at the end he listened to his parents and got married.

After working for 12 years in the same company, he is now the financial manager of the company and one of his brothers is practising CA and CS and other is working as an owner of an online grocery store. Both are equally stable in their work and life. His wife takes care of household stuff and is very supportive of family. They have a baby boy who is very intelligent. Arun now is living his life happily and peacefully, his parents are god to him and but he doesn’t consider himself as god to his family. Such simple, sacrificing and hardworking people are very rare to find in this age.
