A boy named Rohit was born in Nagpur in 1987, April 30. Rohit’s family was very weak in terms of education, economy, etc. For the same at a young age Rohit had to leave his Mom and dad and had to start living with his Uncle and Aunty. [His whole family had liked Cricket and were Happy with Rohit’s dream but there was a problem with his school and coaching fees but luckily in the school where Rohit studied he had a cricket coach. Rohit’s school name was ‘Swami Vivekananda High School’. One day there was a selection of cricket in his school. Rohit’s performance impressed the school cricket coach and was selected into the School cricket team. Rohit’s coach's name was ‘Dinesh Lad’. Dinesh Lad always helped Rohit with his cricket after he knew that Rohit was a little poor so he gave him a scholarship because he wanted Rohit to continue with his Cricket. Rohit played many matches at a level of inter school and had performed very well. The time went like this time to shine for Rohit. It was a chance to get in the Mumbai Cricket Association. After hard work Rohit was selected in Mumbai team and had played an anchor role he hit many centuries, half centuries, double centuries ton too. He became the captain of Mumbai and then he still was in-charge after BCCI. Hearing this from MCA officials, Rohit came into BCCI’s eye and soon at a young was selected in the team INDIA.

It was a bit difficult for Rohit to come up and stand in his starting matches but Rohit was a next level guy and was in the world +20 in 2007. The world +20 was a good time for Rohit as India won the world cup and he himself played as stand-up knock in finals against Pakistan when India was in trouble. He played a knock 35. In 2008 he was sold out in Deccan chargers Hyderabad in the IPL auction. In 2009 IPL he helped the most in finals to help Deccan chargers to lift the cup against the Mighty RCB. In 2010 he was released from Deccan chargers as the team was banned from IPL but Rohit now went into his home team Mumbai Indians. He was not selected in the 2011 world cup so he felt sad because he was also in the team of world champions. He lifted the IPL trophy as a captain for Mumbai in 2013, 2015. In 2013, 2014 he hit double centuries and became the first to hit 2 double centuries and the knocks were 209* and 264. He now also has the highest individual score of 264 Vs Sri Lanka in 2014. As per me the most memorable moment for him in his life is gifting the third double ton to his wife on anniversary i.e; 13 December 2015, but the year he gifted was 2017 he played a knock of 208* Vs Srilanka. Next year it was with more blessings he got his daughter named Samaira. The 2019 World Cup was the Batman with the most runs (648) runs and also had made a world record of lifting 5 centuries in a single World Cup. He also got the player of year in 2019. Hope he will go on with a good journey.
