Richa's Stage Phobia

It was a sunny bright morning, today was Saturday, as usual, Richa was practising her dance and the phone started ringing. Yes, you are right, she is a dancer, sorry she could've been a dancer... do you know what her problem is? Let's see, shall we?

Richa: Hello? Who is it?

???: Hello, Am I speaking to Richa? The one who posted the YouTube video for our contest?

Richa: Yes I am why?

???: This is Shelia, the manager of dance and shine, We have come to like your skill and you have been accepted to participate in our contest, you can come to see our studio today itself.

Richa: Ok?

Richa was so overwhelmed, how did her video win among so many participants she was even forced to make the video in the first place by her bestie Nabi! She has a camera and stage fear, that's why she wasn't even able to develop her skill outside... This was her chance, would she go?

"Mom!", screamed Richa. 

"What happened, dear? Why are you screaming?" replies her mum

I just got selected for the dance contest!

OH MY GOD! That's such great news! So are you going?

"Uh, I gotta think about it"*nervous laugh*

Come Richa, this is your chance to prove yourself.

But you know, mom I get so scared whenever I even place one foot on a stage! What if I fall? What if no one likes my performance?

Richa goes into deep thought about whether to accept it or not, unable to make a decision she calls Nabi at her house.

When Nabi arrives,

"WOAH! This studio is totally mind-blowing" said Richa. Now let's see-

*Someone touches her back* Hello there, Are you new here? May I know your name?

Hi! I am Richa, and yes I am new as you can see*nervous laugh* Aren't you the Famous Dance Princess, Hazel?

Oh Yes, I am! I am glad you know me so well! Well, since you're new shall I give you a tour of this place?

Yes Of course that would be great

So as we can see this is the main hall and that is the stage for the contest*point to her left* Speaking about the contest are you the one whose YouTube video got selected?

Yes I am

Oh! Well you are in luck, you are competing with those dancers' there*points to right*

Holy Moly! I have already lost I think*moans in fear*

Oh, don't worry since you were chosen among so many people you must be special!

Oh, what can I say, my stage fear is the biggest problem though*sighs in frustration*

Oh well, that's alright just like you even once I was afraid to get on the stage, it's no big deal, Just close your eyes and follow your passion and instinct!

Everyone can! Well, It was really nice meeting you, I have to leave now, so see you after 5 days for the contest...

With new inspiration from Hazel, Richa practices her best and on the day of the contest...

*Legs trembling with fear* Mom, I think I am about to faint

Oh, dear! Don't be scared, you can do it! Just follow your passion

*Sighs in relief*
