Rich Thoughts Give Success.

Once upon a time, there lived a very kind and wealthy King. He was friendly and helpful to all his people in the kingdom. He would provide them with all necessities that would help them in better living. The king also had good relations with the neighbor kingdoms. One day a famous painter stepped into his palace and asked the king for a favor.

The painter said, " My lord I have come today asking you for a favor that I need a huge wall where I could draw the most memorable painting which everyone would appreciate which would also increase the dignity of the palace. I would need only one month to draw the painting."

The king without thinking much agreed to his wish as it was not harming him in any way. He gave the painter a hue wall from his palace where he could make his painting. At that same moment, a worker in the king's palace also asked a favor from the king.

The worker said, "My lord please grant me also with a huge wall where I could also make a great painting which would as the same as the painters without seeing his painting. Just grant me a wall opposite to painter's wall."

The king was surprised and asked, " You are just a cleaner in my palace how would you draw a painting exactly the same as the experienced painter."

The worker replied with confidence, "My lord I would be able to make a great painting as I know how to paint and I won't disappoint you. You could also place huge curtains that between our walls so that we do not copy."

The king agreed to his wish and also granted him a wall. He was now filled with curiosity to see the wonderful painting by both. So he asked them to give the list of items that they would be needing it for completing their paintings.

The painter asked for paints, brushes and all other items that he would be needed for making the painting. But the worker asked for a bucket of water and cloth every day till one month.

Now the king was surprised that how would the worker make the painting with just a bucket of water and cloth. He just wanted to see their paintings as soon as possible. He granted them with what so ever they needed. We the people in the palace got to know that about worker's painting they were also too excited to see it.

After one month it was time for both to showcase their painting to everyone. A huge event was also organized to show their paintings. Everyone was just very keen to see the worker's painting as he had just used water and cloth.

The king arrived and it was the time to show the painting. The painter showcased his painting to the king and the audience. It was such a wonderful painting which had no words to describe it. His painting had a beautiful view of the forest with all kinds of animals together. The king was so happy that he granted him 100 gold coins.

Now it was the time for what everyone was waiting. It was time to see the worker's painting. The curtain was removed and that was the moment when everyone got surprised when the painting was exactly the same as the painters with all single markings and lines. The king was surprised to see the worker so talented and granted him 200 gold coins and asked him how he made this painting which was the same as the painter.

The worker said, " My lord the painter used many kinds of brushes and paints to make this painting. I just used a bucket of water and cloth which I used for cleaning this wall every day with it. After cleaning it regularly it became like a mirror where the painter's painting is reflecting and now my lord you could see the painting huge which is increasing the dignity of the palace."

The king was so happy with his thoughts that he granted him the post of minister in his palace.

With this story, we can understand with the thoughts of the worker that if we have rich and positive thoughts we could do anything we want to succeed.
