Revive, Restore and Renew

What is it that when we get to the second half of our lives we come to a realization that is this all there is? We question what our purpose is. Where is my passion? Is this all there is? 

Yes, I think all of us wake up one day and question our lives and we have to b willing to sit down and take a long hard look at ourselves and figure out if what we've been doing has actually been working.

It's hard to really open yourself up, to step out past your fears and your self doubts and really be honest about yourself. I know it was terrifying for me, fear had kept me stuck for so long. I had no self esteem, I didn't think my life would ever change, I was miserable and broken and yet I did nothing to change it.

When my mother passed away suddenly I realized that time is not a given, we can be called home at any time. I knew whatever time I had left I was going to be happy and to do that I had to, to take a deep hard look at myself and admit my faults. I knew that I had to ask for help and be willing to do whatever needed to change my situation.

I needed to reset my life with purposeful intention. I needed to take that first step but I was scared. I thought I was all alone, that no one else was going through what I was. This is why I started writing this blog because I wanted to help whoever was out there feeling alone to know that they weren't.

I started this community with my two partners to show other women who may be where we were, lost and alone that there is a place for you. A place by women for women, a loving, supportive community of Soul Sisters. A safe place for your transformation, to find yourself again.

We want you to know that yes, you can restore your Heart, Mind, and Spirit when you are surrounded by like-minded women. We will teach you what we've learned, like healing through self-care and self-love.

We will help you reignite your passion for living and reconnect to your soul through Writing and Music 

These are the exact same things that pulled us through together. That made us find our passion and purpose and to be able to stand in our own light and know you'll be okay.

So today my friends I hope that you will join us on this path of self discovery. To embark on this second half of your journey wherever you may be in your life, a place to start over, to reset, restore and renew with your soul sisters.
