As an administrator, she organizes various social functions in the family for social development.

She also acts as a director of recreation. In society she is the primary caretaker of children and elders in every country of the world. International studies demonstrate that when the economy and political organization of a society change, women take the lead in helping the family adjust to new realities and challenges. In work place she never rests she operates computer. Manages business. Developments society. She never rests, she is flexible and acceptable. We need to respect her.
