PATIENT #1811
RAHABE FACILITY – WARD 1105

15 February – 11:25 PM

Patient admitted in unstable condition.
Blood pressure extremely high. Unable to speak.

Patient appeared emotionally vulnerable.
Continuous mumbling, crying, and distress.

Initial medication administered.
Patient stabilized for a few hours.

Later he destabilized again.
Muttering. Crying. Sobbing uncontrollably.
Unable to hold himself together.

He seemed to be going deeper into something.

We shut down all outside access.
Administered stronger medication.
Patient restrained and allowed to sob for several hours.

Later we spoke with the patient.
Tried to show him the other side of the situation.
Offered hope.

Patient stabilized.

1 March – 3:30 PM

Patient woke up suddenly from sleep.

He immediately tried to run.

He attempted to free himself several times.
This time he managed to reach the main gate.

Just before unlocking the door and stepping outside,
we dragged him back.

Patient restrained again.

This time the resistance was stronger.
Completely out of control.

No medication seemed to work.

For the last eight hours, the patient has done nothing but stare at the door.

We are concerned.

None of our methods appear to be working.

Patient remains extremely unstable.

Sleep medication administered.

Observation continues.

6 March

Patient attempted to escape again.

Strangely, yesterday he seemed completely normal.
We believed some progress had finally been made.

But today he ran again.

No medicine appears to be working.

It has now been three weeks.

We have managed to restrain the patient so far.

Observation:
Patient repeatedly asks the same question:

“Is the door still closed?”

But till now we still don’t know
what the patient is trying to escape from.
