Dear Diary,

My Father had commented a statement or a fact (as the latter seems more accurate) that even if our administration envelops the whole planet Earth under it: we ourselves lack by a portion or that remains in that state as long as we do not improve it. I would say in a nutshell (sometimes, I also prefer contractions) that, some arrangements and considerations are wholly out of our hands; we simply cannot improve the former condition because of ample of reasons (those are in administrative departments will have gotten the gist). Whatever, my conveyance of today's reports is magnanimous; it would be sagacious to observe the critical aspect and perspective regarding it.

While in one side of the receptacle of the beam balance alike to the Lady of Justice's; I envisaged putting the precautionary measures, the economically unaffected section, the remedies for the health affected, donations through people, speeches and talks and pleadings of respected politicians in this period of novel coronavirus pandemic; while in the other receptacle, I placed uneducated people, poor people, economically affected people, asinine people, elderly and young in poor and no more else. The balance was shaking with the adding of each new category but now is silent: it has reached a decision.

I was flabbergasted upon descrying the result; it was still, as if the weight of pros and cons are equal! It left me delirious enough to return to my table and surmise the happenings and the fixes of each added category. I commenced my studying; what is attained is the following,

"Those people unaffected on economical basis are remaining in their houses but still these educated people are observed roaming on the streets. It recently struck me that they are only educated! They do not know civility, sensibility, cultures, etiquette so they act as completely blank regarding such time, making hideous countenances like those of asinine people! The financial ministry of Indian Republic has issued rupees 15,000 crore to use in this pandemic crisis; several celebrities have also donated crores of rupees to aid in this time while it is observed that for poor much is done but less is forced to do. I acknowledge the fact that Mrs. Sitharaman has made provisions for the poor class of people but, who will make them understand? Majority of that class is uneducated people who will do what is said to them. If they do not have bank accounts- where the government will put money? All that they need is some money to atleast run the livelihood and ensure good health to children; employers are letting them go, no work is available in the meantime, police unknowingly puts charges sometimes and all these are the pitying concepts of doing good. The Anandvihar Bus Station of Delhi is crowded by such people to head for hometowns in the hope of getting some monetary gain while others are walking to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and other states which might not take less than a fortnight.

"The conclusive statement which I had to sought out is that if even if the administration works explicitly then also they will lack somewhere, not because of their managing dexterity- due to the incoherence of illiterate minds, uneducated minds. India is still a much poverty prevalent country so if such people become educated and understanding then and then only, India's reformations and aids will be appreciated."

His Divine Grace that I am abstained from such complexions of a poor society. I add one goal to accomplish: vast fortune donation to the Education Ministry Of India. Confucius has said, "Education breeds confidence. Confidence breeds hope. Hope breeds peace." So I respond that, "Improving the roots will make the tree strong and leaves rich."
