This is about the life, which has serious implications regarding the life itself.

There was one family who had come from divided India in the year 1947 from Matli, Hyderabad, Sindh, now in Pakistan.

The man known as Shri Gyan Chand Thakur Das Punjabi (Batra), who came along with his wife & six children, among them two of his sons had attained adulthood and were married and third son had not even attained adulthood and got married with a girl, not even 14 yrs of age, from Tando Adam, Sindh Province, now in Pakistan.

The question is how the man could have money during the time of partition of India in 1947 and how could or would he be able to afford to establish the business in divided India?

The fund was provided by his father who had brought about Rs 60,000/- (Rs sixty thousand). The million dollar question is when the properties were bought during the yrs of 1955 to 1969 they were meant to be joint family properties. How one could execute the will without having rights over the property..?

Every individual has right to execute the will. But one thing, I would like to ask to people of society do the children come to the world of their free will?

Do any pre-born ask, "I would like to be part of your family."

There are many questions to be answered by the society or our system, no rights of the inheritance should be curbed by the any individual of their children the onus is on parents.

If children are bad, it is duty of parents to see that they (children) be good. In spite of their efforts, if the children are bad that means their parents were bad in their childhood, the imprints are carried on by any child in the world. it is, solely due their DNA, which has been natural inheritance to child.

This is the serious case to think about well being of our new generation, we as thinkers’ of modern society and culture. That, some times or, most of time, children are victimized to be good and well behaved and it’s a dream of every parent. But they forget about their baggage of their "Samskara" or karma they carry. The next generation always carries imprints of their forefathers. What has happened today, had happened earlier to their ancestors.

One should not lie to themselves. As it is general perception we have learned from our Bhagwat Gita and Mahabharat, that, it is in the Hindu culture that no two brothers and cousins can stay together, for a very long time. Therefore, it is a duty of parents, that, they should see or imagine future in present and then, they should take appropriate decisions so that the life of their children is made well. One right step leads to thousand miles and one wrong step has devastating effects.

“Once the horses leave the stable, nothing could be done thereafter.”
