N95 Mask

This thing happened in this Pandemic... I was in the queue of a vegetable shop waiting for my turn to arrive. I was really tired because I use to do this once or twice every week after completing my tiring 10hrs shift of work from home. I was waiting there for around 15 mins now. I was frustratingly watching all the emptiness around as the queue was moving very slowly. All of a sudden I saw something which just blew my mind. She joined the queue of a bakery shop which was just beside my shop. Her queue was moving quickly and mine was too slow. I didn't know who she was but I just had a short glimpse of her beauty which was covered with that "N95 mask". All I could see was her slightly black brown long hair and those magical oceanic eyes. She was talking to someone on the call and watching every corner of that market moving her fingers through her hair which were constantly coming on her forehead. She was wearing a pink Punjabi salwar suit in which she was looking like a pink rose. I wasn't able to see her entire face but I could still imagine the beauty hidden behind that N95 Mask. I was totally drowned in those eyes. The very next moment her eyes which were moving on all parts of the market area stopped on me. She saw that I was watching her. For a moment she just looked down and kept moving ahead with the queue. She saw me again and I was still watching her. Her turn arrived she took her items and exited the queue. I quickly told the person behind me to hold my place in the queue and made an exit to see her and in those few seconds, she disappeared. I still tried to search for her in those few people around but I didn't found her. The very next moment I saw that pink dupatta and saw her coming back.

I dont know why but I felt she was coming towards me. I kept looking at her till she came towards me. She came closer and passed by my side, I saw a smile in her eyes and they were watching me too. As she was walking by my side I just removed my mask to show her my face. She kept looking at me and passed by. All of a sudden she turned and what I saw was that face that was now fully uncovered. Yes, she too removed her mask and smiled and slowly she disappeared in that crowd and I kept looking at her as now all I could see was only her everywhere around. I didn't know when again I would meet her or maybe meet her or not was still a question mark. I felt we should have at least shared our contact numbers. But what if she only wanted to have fun for that moment and it's only me who is thinking about it too much. I decided to leave everything on the destiny. If she is in my destiny then we will definitely meet again. I cook my vegetables and passed by that bakery shop where she was standing in the queue. She wasn't there but still, I was able to imagine her standing there. All of a sudden I heard something. The shop owner where she was standing was telling a boy in his shop "arey chotu yeh bread woh shiv mandir ke samne wale building ke neeche gate pe dey aana. woh gulabi dress wali ladki aayi thi na abhi thodi der pehle woh busicuit wagara le gayi magar bread yahi pe bhul gayi.. unhi ka phone aaya tha bread bhijwane ke liye bola hai, woh gate pe khadi hai... I Can't believe my luck. I was like "this is it, this is the moment" i quickly ran towards her apartment and then... I saw her she was standing at the gate. I stood there for a moment until her eyes went on me. She too saw me and we both smiled looking at each other and i really dont know why but there was some connection between us for sure. Maybe this is what love, at first sight, is all about.
