My Sinus Journey

Well this post is a REQUEST

My name is Sunayana an avid foodie or a hearty yeller you can say. I wanted to say you one thing, that whatever disease you are suffering, it's a spiritual journey for you. Just be mindful for your body or health, or else those sense organs will make you realize their existence.

I finally realized that I have a nose. Jokes apart! Yes, so it was around nineteen year journey with full of stress and pain. When sinus pain first hits toward me I was fainted, and with couple of antibiotics I used to become nauseated. But to add my stress high I was misunderstood. I was said that I am making excuses for my study as a result, I digested my pain thereby.

This pain continued to attack again once in a fifteen days, I used to steam, put balm, use medicine nasal drops to control my pain but no it was giving its root to eyes, forehead, nose, mouth which was a complete full list of pain for me. I still continued my office journey, I had to took leave for so many days still I was said that I am taking an excuse to care my mother who is suffering from Cancer or bla bla. I listened because I was a slave and yes every job holders who are stressing to work for money will feel themselves like a slave and it's okay. You can't find compassion where money is idealized.

Sounds rough, no it is not this is a story of every breadwinner who might have suffered so much from diseases and still he or she is misunderstood. Diseases should be understood psychologically, emotionally and through heartily lens not from monetary terms.

Paracetamols, ayurvedic medicines hit my health my immune was low. I fainted again and again. How could I brief my parents. My dad, I couldn't let him understand he was physically absent and mum was ailing with cancer. She had too much in her hands because of property case issues, her own health disaster etc. She feels in a one way why I was born and yes I feel her as she was a single woman and we were from middle class background. I was not a strong child as I have to handle all as an elder one of family member i.e. to rear and care. Obviously all kind of responsibility, drama, fatigue etc.

I did and I did and I did.

I had a damage nose (severe damage) still I try to work. I had arthritis and pressure high I was still doing, but still my society is thinking why I can't do household activities and I am not strong. Why am I immune low? Why work is gendered I am still in a confusion!

Well this incident is a REQUEST to understand the compassion and tenure of disease.

To the focal point, this is an informative incident that if someone is suffering from sinusitis from an early times, bone disease, pressure high and other diseases, make your mind strong. Yes, this pain is just like a MIGRAINE, sometimes patient can't work because of clinching pain of nerves and mucous. Let them be freely given leisure to back off. Give them, an understanding heart please. Don't put your selfishness around with cobwebs of misunderstanding, as that person feelings might be already on high tide.

Sinus is a pain and just only steam is not going to heal you if you have a crooked nose, deviated nasal septum, short of breathing, allergies, snoring , headaches in scorching sunlight it's already severe. I wish this piece will let let family environment and official environment from now on to know that SINUS IS NOT A SIMPLE COMMON COLD DISEASE ONLY.

NO ANTIBIOTICS WILL HELP SINUS If it is severe.

A PATIENT SUFFERS FROM SEVERE VOMITING NAUSEA BLOOD FLOW ALLERGIES

Their vision blurs with complete torture

AND MANY MORE painful tortures.

Universe heals all

Hope we all can be that path of compassion

UNDERSTAND THE DISEASE AND GIVE COMPASSION!!!!

Remember every disease is a pathway for a spiritual journey if nobody cares god always do

Feel yourself, look your self and heal

Be strong be understandable

Universe gives you chance to be strong and heal.
