My Favourite Teacher

Every person needs teachers, but all are not favorite. There are many reasons for choosing them.

When I was in 5th standard. I saw many teaching faculty first time as I belong to rural area. They teaches well, sometimes I feel fear about them. All are excellent teachers even whole staffs. They always try to gives bundles of thoughts and love.

I remember that when it was my birthday in 2012 at the time of physical training. MALKHARE SIR gives me a direction of dreams. Actually I feel fear about him. He was so strict but soft hearted. He was old but looks like a young boy.

He joined Indian airforce before the completion of 18 years. Really he is sharp minded but he knows to keep cool himself in any situation. He worked a lot for our country. I am really lucky because I was learned many things of life from him. He guide me many times (almost 6 years) when I was in military school. But after I left the school to the fergusson college. Even today itself his thoughts inspires me. Gives energy to fight with the problems. His great thoughts are precious than diamond.

He was in mechanical branch of Indian airforce. He was work almost more than 18 hours. He loves writing on different topics and reading various books. His knowledge is multidimensional and unbelievable. He also a great poet, writer. He also inspire me when I wrote my first article named "माझं होस्टेलचं जिवन" from that inspiration only I am here. His thoughts is like if he was teaching to 100 students in of them a single student will improved then he would feel proud on himself. He gives courage to discourages students. Really everyone loves him. He have a capacity to gives a lectures at a time to many hours, without boring. He also solved many problems of students.

He was contributed many works in Indian AirForce like he worked on fighter, war aircrafts like MIG-27, MIG-23, SU-7, HF-24 and many others. He is a technical Man. He worked a day night during his project. His hard work leads to success. He sacrifices many things at the time of he was trying to achieve his goals and finally he got many successes. He is a man of perfect vision. In his training times he wrotes many articles and poems. He also told his memories of Indian Air Force in our school. His memories are full of experience, his struggle. His experience gives strength to learn everything. His memories are not let's give to sleep they told to you should see dreams but you should focus on your goals and believe on hard work and smart work. Really his lectures always gives new thoughts new information and new inspiration.

MALKHARE SIR is a good leader. He has many good qualities of leaders which qualities even does not have definitions on google also. He is really great person. His best quality is touch the infinite Sky. He Also give me and my schoolmate some good qualities from his qualities. He also teaches all type of thing. He tells the fact of the real world.

He completed his training in Chennai. He also told us many experience of his training. The enjoyment during training , his time table, etc. He was active participant in Kargil war. I am proud of his great achievements in that war. He lives that time in - 48°C in Kargil. We can't imagine about a soldier struggle. He was retired from Indian AirForce in January 2001. He served 20 years in Indian AirForce for our nation. At the time of retirement, he was a surgeon.

After retirement he joined to district level Military School as training officer. He gives many trophies and awards to the school on RD parade almost every year and in many others activities like sports also under his guidance. He always told all students to be always alert and be active in day to day life. He also teaches me about time management and The Secret Life of great people. He told me to follow the world-class habits in my life. It was very useful when I was in 10 standard. It helps me to score more. Till yet that timetable is useful to me.

MALKHARE SIR told me to write diary when I was in 7th standard. Really that diary leads to me towards perfection. From that suggestion till yet I am writing a daily diary. Really his single lectures can change my life. He also praised about my speech on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in front of all at the time of night rollcall from that day I got stage daring that time I was in 7th standard. He also told me about three years back that if I should live like today you are then after 25 years also you should be as today you are then you will be definitely great person in this world. From that day I was doing my best.

Really he is creative. He is proud of me. He also guide me when my mind use to divert. He also told me my mistakes when I was wrong.

All are my favourite teachers. All gives me the bundles of knowledge.

Now SHIRISH MALKHARE SIR is 60 years old man but his knowledge and fitness is like a young boy. There are many good qualities in him that's make him as my favorite teacher.
