My Family

 Short and sweet is my family. 

We two, ours two

We love each other deeply. 

A well-educated, contented lifestyle. 

It's a controlled, protected, beautiful environment. 

Home can become an enjoyable place when each one GS his own freedom of space, liberty, and aesthetic atmosphere. 

Many homes are single family nowadays as compared to earlier days. Joint families do provide security, both financially and have moral support to each other. Single families do suffer all the time. 

Parents, grandparents with excellent experience in life have easy solutions to any problems of life. 

Kudos are taken care by them. 

Kids learn how to respect elders at their young age. They learn culture, behavior, manners with joint families. It's a total packed home with positivity. 

Single families often struggle foe time space, kids' space, luxury space, and most probably, nobody to help them during sick and other inevitable situations. I prefer a joint family to come out of such issues. 

Compatibility and adjustments are a must in a joint family. Little bit of personal compromises will yield a better result in a long run. 

Kids are in safe hands. 

Financial problems get shared. Moral support is always available. Cooking is not an issue. Provided, all members of the family equally share their contributions. 

Conflicts do arise with different mind sets, interests, ideas, opinions etc. Settling down the scores after a joint discussion will always help. Arguments are to be avoided. Respect elders. Respect each one's decisions with due importance. Do not neglect petty issues. Resolve them then and there. Pending issues will create big problems later. 

One strong elder person should take the lead in a family. Others are to obey his decisions. This will make the system run smoothly. 

Similar concept should apply in our work area too. It's also a family where we spend most of our time in life. Good coordination and cordial relationships are important to accomplish the work. Good management is a tactic. To achieve better results, hurdles must be removed at the earliest. Mismatching staff should get reshuffled to suitable work area where they fit in. 

Wasting of time and resources must be dealt strictly. Powerful strategies to be implemented for future developments and profitable gains. 

A family is a commitment to live in peace and harmony. One can make it a haven with his good attitude and personal interest. Even a pet in the family can contribute a lot. It's a complete, strong bonding with happy souls.
